Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir ”Pārmaiņu vadības prakse vispārējā izglītības iestādē ‘X”. Darba mērķis: Izpētīt pārmaiņu vadības pilnveides iespējas izglītības iestādē ‘’X” Bakalaura darba pirmajā nodaļā autore teorētiski analizēja pārmaiņu vadības būtiskākos konceptus inovāciju ieviešanas procesā izglītības iestādē, raksturoja pārmaiņu būtība un nepieciešamību izglītības nozarē, analizēja pārmaiņu vadības procesu, kā arī inovāciju un inovatīvās darbības nozīmi izglītībā. Otrajā nodaļā autore raksturoja pētāmās x pamatskolas darbību, veica pētījumā pielietotās metodoloģijas un respondentu izlases raksturojumu. Izmantojot kvantitatīvās un kvalitatīvās pētījumu metodes, izpētīja x pamatskolas pārmaiņu vadības procesa pilnveides nepieciešamības izpēti, noskaidrojot skolotāju viedokli izmantojot anketēšanas metodi, un veicos skolas direktores intervēšanu. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā ir izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi pārmaiņu vadības procesa pilnveidei x pamatskolā. Hipotēze: Pārmaiņu vadības process izglītības iestādē noritēs sekmīgi, ja: •pedagogi būs motivēti pārmaiņu ieviešanai; •pedagogiem būs pietiekams informācijas un izpratnes līmenis par inovāciju nepieciešamību pedagoģiskā procesa un skolas darbības pilnveidē; •tiks izstrādāts detalizēts pārmaiņu vadības plāns, ir apstiprinājusies. Bakalaura darba teorētiskais un empīriskais pētījums ir praktiski nozīmīgs un izmantojams ikvienas pamatskolas pārmaiņu vadības procesa pilnveidei. Atslēgas vārdi. The name of this thesis is “Change management in primary education institution X”. The aim of the thesis is to investigate ways on improving change management in primary education institution X. In the first chapter, the author theoretically analysed the main concepts of change management in the process of introducing innovations in primary education institution, described the nature of change and the need for change in education sector. Moreover, the author analysed change management process and the importance of innovation in education sector. In the second chapter, the author described activities of the primary school and described the methodology applied and the characteristics of respondent sample. By using both quantitative and qualitative research methods, the author researched the need for improvement in change management process in the primary education institution X through questionnaires for students and teachers and interview with school principal. The author has come up with conclusions and has developed suggestions for improvement of the change management process in primary education institution X. Research hypothesis: Change management process in education institution will be successful if: -Teachers will be motivated to implement change; -Teachers will have enough information and understanding about the need of innovation in the pedagogical process and school activities; -A detailed change management plan will be developed and implemented The hypothesis of the research has been validated. The theoretical and empirical research of this this paper is practically important and can be used for the improvement of change management in primary education institutions. Key words.
