Klases audzinātāja un vecāku sadarbība pusaudžu pašlīdera prasmju pilnveidošanā

Abstract

Klases audzinātāja darbības iespējas līdera prasmju attīstīšana vispārizglītojošā skolā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt klašu audzinātāja darbības iespējas, lai veicinātu līdera prasmju attīstību vispārējās vidējās izglītības iestādē. Veikta teorētiskā literatūras avotu analīze par līderi un kādām prasmēm tam jāpiemīt, un kā šīs prasmes var pilveidot klases audzinātāja darbība. Autore izstrādājusi un veikusi skolēnu aptauju par viņiem piemītošām līdera prasmēm, kas nosacīti iedalītas līmeņos. Autore intervējusi klašu audzinātājus, lai noskaidrotu, kā skolās tiek veicināta skolēnu līderības prasmju attīstība. Apkopojot pētnieciskās daļas skolēnu aptauju un skolotāju intervijas rezultātus darba autore secināja, ka skolēni labprāt vēlētos attīstīt savas prasmes, bet nevēlēšanās strādāt ar sevi un parāk lielā aizņemtība neļauj attīstīt līderības prasmes. Autore darba ietvaros izstrādājusi ieteikumus klašu audzinātājiem, lai veicinātu līderības prasmju attīstību.

Capacity of classroom teacher in developing leadership skills in a general education schools The aim of work is to explore the possibilities of a class teacher in order to promote leadership skills in a general secondary school. An analysis of the theoretical sources of the literature about the leader has been carried out and what skills it should possess, and how these skills can be improved by the class teacher.The author has developed and conducted a survey of pupils on leadership skills that are relatively divided into levels. The author interviewed class teachers to find out how schools contribute to the development of student leadership skills. In compiling the results of the survey of pupils and the teacher interview, the author of the thesis concluded that pupils would like to develop their skills, but the reluctance to work with themselves and the increased occupancy did not allow to develop leadership skills. As part of the work, the author has developed recommendations for class teachers to promote the development of leadership skills.
