Co-living jeb kopā dzīvošanas koncepts

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma – co-living jeb kopdzīvošanas koncepts kā 21.gadsimta mājokļa alternatīva. Diplomdarba mērķis ir co-living jeb kopā dzīvošanas interjera izveide, integrējot to kādā no pilsētas centra dzīvokļu namiem Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām - teorētiskās, empīriskās un radošās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā tiks veikts pētījums par mājokļa jēdzienu, komūnu dzīvošanu un to vēsturi, co-housing un co-living jēdzienu un to vēsturi un attīstību mūsdienu kontekstā. Empīriskajā daļā tika izpētīti interjeri, kuros tiek pielietoti co-living principi pasaulē Diplomdarbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām, 13 apakšnodaļām un 3 pielikumiem. Tā apjoms ir 101 lappuse. Darbā izmantoti 51 literatūras avoti. Radošajā daļā tika izveidots kopā dzīvošanas interjera dizains. Interjera projekts sastāv no funkcionālajiem plāniem ar mēbeļu rasējumiem, spēka un gaismas ķermeņa saslēguma plāniem, kā arī mēbeļu rasējumiem. Apdares materiālu tabulā ir norādīti apdares materiāli ar nepieciešamajiem daudzumiem. Ekonomiskā daļa ļauj atspoguļot nepieciešamo finansējumu interjera izveidē.

Thesis: Co-living space or concept of living together The aim of this project is to make an interior design. Project of co-living space is integrated in already existing apartment building in the centre of the city. Work consists of three parts: theoretical, empirical and creative. In theoretical part author examined term of house, co-housing and co-living, Researched the history of co-living and co-housing design and found the similarities and differences between these two. As well as examined the development of co-living in the context of nowadays. In empirical part author examined interiors of already existing co-living spaces all around the world. The amount of bachelor thesis is 4 chapters, 13 subdivisions, list of 3 entries. Amount of bachelor pages is 101. In creative part author made interior design of co-living space integrated in already existing apartment building in Riga, Tērbatas street 59/61. Interior project consists of floor plan, functional plan, lighting plan. It consists of material proposal with pricelist and quantities.
