Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbā ir izstrādāta SuperOffice CRM integrācija datu analītikas programmatūrai flex.bi. Tā nodrošina iespēju SuperOffice CRM lietotājiem apstrādāt savus datus, veidot atskaites ar flex.bi piedāvātajiem rīkiem. Sistēmas pamatā ir SuperOffice CRM datu spoguļošana un flex.bi sistēmai izstrādātā SuperOffice integrācija, kas pārveido spoguļdatu bāzē esošos datus dimensijās kuras spēj apstrādāt flex.bi sistēmas eazyBI kodols.

SuperOffice CRM integration into flex.bi data analytics has been made into qualification work. The integration enables SuperOffice CRM users to analyze and and make reports with tools provided by flex.bi. System is based on mirrored data from SuperOffice CRM and an integration between it and flex.bi system that converts mirror data into dimensions that can be used by flex.bi system and its eazyBI core.
