Šajā pētījumā galvenā uzmanība pievērsta savstarpēji funkcionējošu komandu izveidošanai mazos uzņēmumos un to analīzei, izmantojot izmaksu un ieguvumu analīzi. Turklāt pētījums ir arī vērsts uz problēmu noteikšanu sākotnējā posmā. Caur pētījumiem un precīzu datu analīzi bija noskaidrota nepieciešamība starpfunkcionālu komanu veidošanai. Pamatojoties uz pierādījumiem, kuri ir sniegti pēc visu pētījumu procedūru pabeigšanas, uzņēmums var pieņemt lēmumu. Šī pētījuma rezultāti atklāj vairākus faktorus, kas būtiski ietekmēja darbiniekus, kuri strādā dažādās struktūrvienībās: spēju efektīvi sazināties un dibināt ciešas attiecības ar citiem, lai sasniegtu kopējo mērķi. Pirmajā nodaļā ir aplūkota starpfunkcionālās komandas izcelsme, tās jēdziens, īpašības un nozīme. Otrā nodaļa ir par reāliem gadījumiem dažādos uzņēmumos, kur bija veiksmīgi izveidota savstarpēji funkcionējoša komanda. Šī daļa ir paredzēta, lai atbildētu uz jautājumu, vai uzņēmums gūst labumu no šādas darbības. Visi rezultāti tiks sniegti. Trešajā nodaļā ir iekļauti rezultāti un ieteikumi, kā izveidot savstarpēji funkcionējošu komandu. The present study focuses on implementing cross-functional team in small enterprise and analyzing it by using cost-benefit analysis. In addition, the study focused on the determining problems on initial stage within the process. Through research and accurate data analysis it was concluded that there a necessity of implementing cross-functional team. And after completing whole research the company’s management can make a decision. The results of this research study reveal several factors that significantly affected employees, who work in different departments, ability to communicate with others and build strong relationship to reach common goal. The first chapter is about background of Cross-Functional team, its concept, characteristics and importance. The second chapter is about real cases from different companies where cross-functional team was successfully implemented.. This part is purposed to answer the question whether the company get some benefits from implementation. All of the results will be provided. The third chapter of thesis will be consisting of results and suggestions for creating cross-functional team.
