Virzošie spēki zemes izmantošanas maiņai Latgalē: Mākoņkalna un Andrupenes pagastu piemērs

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir noteikt un novērtēt agroekoloģiskos, ģeogrāfiskos un sociālekonomiskos faktorus, kas nosaka lauksaimniecības zemju izmantošanas struktūras maiņu divās teritorijās, kas atrodas viena otrai blakus, bet atšķiras pēc dabas apstākļiem un arī zemes politikas risinājumiem Pētījuma teritorijas ir Andrupenes un Mākoņkalna pagasts. Precīzākai faktoru noskaidrošanai tika izmantota multinominālā loģistiskās regresijas analīzes metode, kas balstīta uz 2015. un 2018. gadā veiktajiem lauka apsekojumiem. Pētījumā konstatēts, ka ģeogrāfiskie un agroekoloģiskie faktori izskaidroja 20,57% zemes pamešanas un apmežošanas gadījumu Mākoņkalna pagastā un 22,85% Andrupenes pagastā, savukārt pārējo daļu izskaidro politiskie, vēsturiskie, sociālekonomiskie (atbalsta maksājumi, zemes īpašnieka vēlme un pieredze u.c.), faktori, kas modelī netika iekļauti.

The aim of the thesis is to identify and analyse agroecological, geographic and socio-economic factors that affect the change of the structure of use of agricultural land in two territories close to each other, but according to natural conditions and land policy solutions are different. For a more accurate identification of factors, there was used a multinomial logistic regression analysis method based on field surveys conducted in 2015 and 2018. Geographical and agroecological factors explained 20.57% of farmlanland abandonment and afforestation in Mākoņkalns parish and 22.85% in Andrupene parish, while the rest was explained by political, historical, socio-economic (support payments, landowner's desire and experience, etc.), factors which were not included in the model.
