Kūdras resursu izmantošanas sociālekonomiskie procesi Latvijā SIA “Laflora" piemērs

Abstract

Latvijā nav pilnībā apzināti un novērtēti ekonomiskie un sociālekonomiskie ieguvumi, ko sniedz kūdras nozare. Tā ir nopietns valsts ekonomikas balsts, kas nodrošina: darba vietas valsts reģionos, tajā skaitā nomalēs, kur ir maz darba iespēju. Kūdras nozare sniedz savu ieguldījumu valsts nodokļu samaksā un valsts eksporta bilancē. Lai veidotu priekštatu par kūdras nozares attīstību nepieciešams apzināt arī cilvēkresursu piesaisti kūdras nozarei, kas ir cieši saistīta ar nozares sociālekonomiskajiem procesiem. Maģistra darba mērķis - noskaidrot kūdras resursu un to izmantošanas sociālekonomisko procesu raksturu Latvijā, veicot pētījumu par uzņēmumu SIA “Laflora”, izmantojot un analizējot pieejamo informāciju par kūdras ražošanas apjomu, ekonomiskajiem, sociālekonomiskajiem procesiem un izmantojot datu apstrādes metodes vizualizēt un analizēt kūdras apjomu, apgrozījumu, darbaspēka vecumstruktūru, dzīvesvietu, izmantojot SIA “Laflora” sniegtos datus. Pētījumā secināts, ka SIA „Laflora” ir stabils un augošs kūdras nozares uzņēmums, kas ražo augstvērtīgu produkciju ar pievienoto vērtību, bet arī iedzīvotājiem sniedz iespēju strādāt attālos lauku reģionos.

In Latvia, the economic and socio-economic benefits of the peat industry, which is a serious economic support of the country economy, providing: jobs, especially in the regions of the country, including the outskirts, where there is little job opportunity. Peat industry contributes in paying taxes and country's export balance are not fully understood and appreciated. In order to form the idea of the development of the peat sector, it is also necessary to identify the attraction of human resources to the peat sector, which is closely related to the socio-economic processes of the sector. The aim of the Master's thesis - to clarify the nature of the socio-economic processes of peat resources and their use in Latvia by conducting a study on the company Ltd. “Laflora”, using and analyzing available information on peat production, economic, socio-economic processes and using data processing methods to visualize the amount of peat: turnover, labor age structure, place of residence using data provided by Ltd. “Laflora”. The study concludes that "Laflora" Ltd. is a stable and growing peat industry company that produces high value added products and also provides an opportunity for residents to work in remote rural areas.
