Abstract

Mūsdienu sabiedrībā īpašums ir kļuvis par neatņemamu un pašsaprotamu elementu. Ikvienam sabiedrības loceklim var piederēt gan kustamais, gan arī nekustamais īpašums. Šķietami arī jēdziens īpašums ir saprotams jebkuram sabiedrības loceklim neatkarīgi no personas zināšanām par juridiskā termina nozīmi, tomēr izpratne par īpašumu sabiedrībai vispārīgi, kā arī tieši juristiem ir nepilnīga. Pastāv daudz jautājumi uz kuriem 21. gadsimtā vēl joprojām nav atbildes. Tikmēr rodas arī jauni problēmjautājumi, piemēram, virtuālā valūta vai digitālais īpašums. Darba ievadā autors izvirza hipotēzi, ka īpašuma saturs ir mainīgs jeb dinamisks. Darbā autors aplūko senās Divupes, Grieķijas, Romas, viduslaiku un jauno laiku filozofu darbus, meklējot atbildi uz jautājumu kāds ir īpašuma kā vērtības saturs.

In today's society, property has become an inalienable and self-evident element. Every member of the society can own both movable and immovable property. The notion of property is also understandable to any member of the public, regardless of the person's knowledge of the meaning of the legal term, but the understanding of the property whole society and as well for the lawyers is incomplete. There are many questions that are still unanswered in the 21st century. Meanwhile, there are also new issues, such as virtual currency or digital assets. In the introduction to the work, the author puts forward the hypothesis that the content of the property is dynamic. In the work, the author looks at the works of ancient Mesopotamia, Greek, Roman, medieval and new time philosophers in search of the answer to the question of what is the content of the property as value.
