Laulības šķiršanas tiesību īpatnības latviešu apdzīvotās zemēs XIX gs. otrajā pusē – XXI gs. sākumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot laulības šķiršanas tiesību īpatnību un prakses attīstību XIX gs. otrajā pusē līdz XXI gs. Mērķu sasniegšanai tika analizēti normatīvie tiesību akti, tiesību zinātnieku doktrīnas un tiesu prakse laulības šķiršanas lietās latviešu apdzīvotās teritorijās zemēs no 19. gs. otrās puses līdz 21.gs. Atbilstoši izvirzītiem bakalaura darba uzdevumiem un veiktā pētījuma rezultātā autore secina, ka laulības šķiršanas tiesību attīstību būtiski ietekmēja Latvijas teritorijā notiekošie vēsturiskie un politiskie procesi, kā arī mūsdienu laulības šķiršanas tiesības atbilst demokrātiskas un tiesiskas valsts standartiem. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to clarify the peculiarities of divorce law and the development of practice in the 19th century - the second half to the 21st century. The aim of the work is to clarify the peculiarities of divorce law and practice in divorce cases in Latvian inhabited lands from the 19th century- the second half to the 21st century. In order to achieve the goals, the normative acts, doctrines of law scientists and court practice in divorce cases in Latvian inhabited territories in the 19th century - the second half of the 21st century were analyzed. According to the tasks set in bachelor's thesis and as a result of the research, the author concludes that the development of divorce law was significantly influenced by historical and political processes taking place in the territory of Latvia, as well as the modern divorce law conforms to the standards of democratic and legal state.
