Nodaļa par noziedzīgiem nodarījumiem pret dabas vidi tika ietverta 1999. gada 1. aprīļa Krimināllikumā, kura 112. pants regulē nelikumīgas medības. Darba ietvaros, veicot noziedzīga nodarījuma sastāva analīzi, tika izpētīts noziedzīga nodarījuma objekts, objektīvā puse, subjekts, subjektīvā puse. Noziedzīga nodarījuma sastāvs tika salīdzināts ar Krievijas, Kazahstānas, Lietuvas regulējumu. Bakalaura darbā tiek izpētīts noziedzīga nodarījuma pamatsastāvs un kvalificēts sastāvs, to formulējums un konstrukcija. Darba mērķis ir veikt noziedzīga nodarījuma analīzi un novērst esošā Krimināllikuma 112. panta nepilnības, piedāvāt pantu jaunā redakcijā. The Section about criminal activity against fauna and their habitats, on 1 April, 1999, was enshrined in Criminal Justice Act, in which Article 112 regulates illegal hunting. When performing the analysis of the event of crime, the object of crime, actus reus (objective aspect of crime), committer and mental elements of crime were examined in the scope of this paper. Legal components of crime was composed with the regulations of Russia, Kazakhstan and Lithuania. Main body of the criminal activity, its defined elements, operative language and statutory concept is analysed in this research work. The purpose of the research work is to preform of the criminal activity and resolve the legal uncertainty of Article 112 of working Criminal Statute and make a proposal to amend and restate the Article.
