Parāda ārpustiesas atgūšanas metodes un to īpatnības.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir konstatēt cik efektīvs ir parādu ārpustiesas atgūšanas process, kādas ir parāda atgūšanas izmantotās metodes un to efektivitāte, kādi faktori ietekmē parāda atgūšanu, kādēļ ir nepieciešama parāda atgūšana. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, kopsavilkuma un izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba mērķi tiks pētītas Patērētāju tiesības, Latvijas normatīvie akti, publikācijas žurnālā “Jurista vārds”, kā arī tiesu prakse un juridiskā literatūra. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi: •Salīdzināt parāda ārpustiesas atgūšanas izmantotās metodes; •Apkopot informāciju par parāda atgūšanas efektivitāti; •Analizēt parāda ārpustiesas atgūšanas subjektu tiesības un pienākumus. Bakalaura darba rezultātā autore apkopos secinājumus, kāda ir parāda atgūšanas efektivitāte un kādas ir galvenās problēmas parāda ārpustiesas atgūšanas procesā.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to determine the effectiveness of the out-of-court debt recovery process, the methods used to recover the debt and their effectiveness, what factors affect debt recovery, why debt recovery is needed. The Bachelor's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a summary and a list of literature and sources used. In order to achieve the goal of the Bachelor's thesis, Consumer Rights, Latvian legislation, publications in the journal “Jurist's name”, as well as court practice and legal literature will be studied. Bachelor Thesis Tasks: •Compare the methods used for out-of-court debt recovery; •Collect information on debt recovery efficiency; •Analyze the rights and obligations of out-of-court debt recovery entities. As a result of the bachelor's thesis, the author will summarize the conclusions on the effectiveness of debt recovery and what are the main problems in the process of out-of-court recovery.
