Sodi par soda izciešanas režīma pārkāpumiem ieslodzījuma vietās

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Sodi par soda izciešanas režīma pārkāpumiem ieslodzījuma vietās” ir izstrādāts Latvijas Universitātes Juridiskās fakultātes Krimināltiesisko zinātņu katedrā. Pētnieciskā darba mērķis ir izprast, cik daudz tiek piemēroti sodi par ieslodzījumu vietu režīma pārkāpumiem vai iekšējās kārtības noteikumu neievērošanu, kādos gadījumos tiek piemērots attiecīgais sods un vai par vienādiem pārkāpumiem tiek piemēroti vienādi sodi, tādējādi noskaidrojot vai pastāv vienota prakse attiecībā uz sodu piemērošanu un vai normatīvajā regulējumā uzskaitītie sodi ir efektīvi. Mērķa sasniegšanai tiek izmantoti dati, kuri gūti pēc atļaujas saņemšanas no Ieslodzījumu vietu pārvaldes un Tieslietu ministrijas Kriminālsodu izpildes jomas pētniecības koordinēšanas darba grupas, kā arī Latvijas un ārvalstu normatīvie akti. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā izvirzīti autores priekšlikumi Latvijas Sodu izpildes kodeksa normatīvā regulējuma pilnveidošanai.

Bachelor's thesis “Penalties for violation of the requirements of the regime of serving the sentence in prisons” was written in the Department of Criminal Law, Faculty of Law, University of Latvia. The aim of the research work is to understand how many penalties for violations of the prison regime or non-compliance with internal rules apply, in which cases the punishment is applied and whether the same penalties are applied for the same offenses, thus clarifying whether there is a common practice with regard to the imposition of penalties and or the penalties listed in the laws and regulations are effective. To achieve this goal, data obtained after gaining permission from the Latvian Prison Administration and the Ministry of Justice working groups on research coordination in the area of criminal enforcement, as well as Latvian and foreign laws and regulations, has been used. At the end of the Bachelors thesis the author has proposed for improvement in the normative regulation of The Sentence Execution Code of Latvia.
