Noziedzīgas pavēles un noziedzīga rīkojuma izpildes institūta regulējums ir iekļauts Krimināllikuma III. nodaļas 34. pantā, starp citiem apstākļiem, kas izslēdz kriminālatbildību. Kā apstāklis, kas izslēdz kriminālatbildību tas paredz nesaukt pie kriminālatbildības personu, ja tiek izpildīti normā minētie atbildību izslēdzošie apstākļi. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir literatūras avotu izpēte par noziedzīgas pavēles un noziedzīga rīkojuma institūtu, tā vēsturisko attīstību, un regulējumu ārvalstu normatīvajos aktos. Noziedzīgas pavēles un noziedzīga rīkojuma institūtam ir nepieciešams plašāks skaidrojums, par pavēles un rīkojuma jēdzieniem, to atšķirībām, par pavēles vai rīkojuma noziedzīgo raksturu. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt noziedzīgas pavēles un noziedzīga rīkojuma izpildes institūta izpēti, atklāt tā saturu, konstatēt iespējamos trūkumus institūta regulējumā, izpētīt institūta attīstību Latvijas teritorijā un veikt šī institūta izpēti ārvalstu krimināltiesībās. The regulation of the Institute for the Enforcement of a Criminal Order is included in Article 34 of Chapter III of the Criminal Law, among other circumstances which exclude criminal liability. As a condition which excludes criminal liability, it provides for the non-criminal prosecution of a person, provided that the circumstances referred to in the rule are fulfilled. The tasks of the study are research of sources of literature on the institute of criminal order and warrant, its historical development, and regulation in foreign laws. The Institute for Criminal Order and Criminal warrant requires more clarification, on the concepts of order and order, their differences, on the criminal nature of the order or warrant. The aim of the work of the bachelor is to perform a study of the Institute for the Enforcement of Criminal Order and to reveal the content thereof, to identify possible shortcomings in the regulation of the Institute, to investigate the development of the Institute in the territory of Latvia, and to carry out a study of this Institute in foreign criminal law.
