Pārrobežu ģimenes lietas Eiropas Savienībā: teorija un prakse

Abstract

Mūsdienās imigrācija ir atvērta, īpaši Eiropas Savienībā, un cilvēkiem ir plašākas iespējas iepazīties ar citu valstu pārstāvjiem un nereti veidot ģimenes. Ģimenes vērtības ir paliekošas un to nostiprināšanu atbalsta Latvija un citas Eiropas Savienības valstis. Ģimene ir labas un stipras sabiedrības sākums, tādēļ ģimenes atbalsts no valsts ir nepieciešams. Pārrobežu ģimenes kļūst arvien izplatītākas, tādēļ tam nepieciešams stings likumiskais pamats. Bakalaura darba mērķis un uzdevums ir analizēt pārrobežu ģimenes lietas Eiropas Savienībā, no tā izrietošo teoriju un arī praktiskos aspektus, tādā veidā noskaidrojot, kādi teorijas aspekti un prakses problēmjautājumi pastāv. Darba gaitā tika konstatēts, ka pārrobežu ģimenes lietas sastāv no dažādiem aspektiem (laulības, vecāku atbildības, saskarsmes, u.c) un tas viss tiek apskatīts darba gaitā. Bakalaura darba kopējais apjoms -54.lpp.

Today, immigration is open, particularly in the European Union and people have more opportunities to get to know people from other countries and often build families. Family values are lasting and its strengthening is supported by Latvia and other European Union countries. The family is the beginning of a good and strong society therefore family support from the country is necessary. Cross-border families are becoming more common and it requires a stings legal base. The aim and purpose of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze cross-border family cases in the European Union, the resulting theory and also the practical aspects of it and in that way clarifying what aspects of theory and problematic issues exist. During the work it was found that cross-border family affairs consist of different aspects (marriage, parental responsibility, communication, etc.) and that's all being looked at in work process.
