Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Tiesas sēdes gaitas fiksēšana administratīvajā procesā”, sekojot Administratīvā procesa likuma vēsturiskajai attīstībai, ir analizēta tiesas sēdes gaitas fiksēšanas attīstība, tiesas sēžu sekretāra pienākumi un tiesības tiesas sēdes laikā, tiesneša atbildība tiesas sēdē. Tāpat darbā plaši analizētas tiesas sēdes gaitas fiksēšanas problēmas, kuras kalpo par pamatu tiesas sprieduma atcelšanai vai tiesas sēdes protokola atzīšanai par neesošu vai daļēji esošu. Darba mērķis ir identificēt un sniegt risinājumus problēmām saistībā ar tiesas sēdes gaitas fiksēšanu administratīvajā procesā. By following the historical development of the Administrative procedure law, in the bachelor thesis “Recording of court hearing in administrative process” the development of court hearing recording is analyzed as well as rights and obligations of the court reporter, and also the judge’s responsibilities in trial of court. Problems of recording the court hearing, which can be basis for voiding the judgement or recognizing the protocol invalid or partly valid, are also broadly researched in the thesis. The aim of the thesis is to identify and to give solutions regarding the recording of the court hearings in administrative process.
