Depresijas simptomu biežums Latvijas skolu bērniem vidusskolas vecuma grupā

Abstract

Diplomdarbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 50 lapām. Tajā ir 10 attēli, 8 tabulas, un 33 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. depresiju sastāda lielu daļu no psihiskajāmsaslimšanām. Eiropā saslimstība ar depresiju sastāda lielu daļu no psihiskajām saslimšanām. No SPKC informācijas, no visiem bērniem un jauniešiem Latvijā ar depresiju un saistītajām saslimšanām slimo tikai 0,2%, bet visā pasaulē šie procenti svārstās apmēram no četriem līdz astoņiem procentiem. Šādi dati liecina par to, ka Latvijā varētu būt nepilnvērtīgi dati par bērnu un jauniešu saslimstību ar depresiju. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot depresijas simptomu biežumu Latvijas skolu bērniem vidusskolas vecuma pētāmajā grupā, izmantojot Children’s depression inventory anketu. Pētījumā piedalījās 337 Latvijas vidusskolu skolēni, 267 meitenes un 70 zēni vecuma grupā no 15 līdz 20 gadiem. Pētījuma dalībnieki saņēma interneta saiti ar anketu – Children’s depression inventory. Datu analīze tika veikta ar GraphPad Prism v6 statistikas programmatūru. Novērtējot iegūtos CDI anketas datus dzimuma un vecuma grupās, netika konstatētas statistiski būtiskas atšķirības. Novērtējot iegūtos CDI anketas datus Rīgas skolām un reģiona skolām, netika konstatētas statistiski būtiskas atšķirības.Novērtējot iegūtos CDI anketas datus pa piecām simptomātikas grupām, tika konstatēts, ka nav statistiski būtisku atšķirību (p>0.05) starp vecuma grupām, bet ir statistiski būtiskas atšķirības (p<0.001) starp dzimuma grupām anhedonijas, negatīva pašvērtējuma un slikta garastāvokļa depresijas simptomātikas grupās. Novērtējot iegūtos CDI anketas datus pa simptomātikas riska grupām, netika konstatētas statistiski būtiskas atšķirības.

The work is written in latvian language, on 50 pages. It contains 10 images, 8 tables, and 33 references to literature sources. A major part of mental illnesses in Europe is depression. According to information from the Centre for Disease Prevention and Control of Latvia, 0.2% of children and teenagers in Latvia are suffering from depression and related diseases, but globally around 4-8% of children and teenagers have depression or related diseases. This shows that data about children's and teenager’s morbidity in Latvia could be incomplete. Aim of the study was to find out frequency of symptoms of depression of Latvian secondary school children by using Children’s depression inventory questionnaire (CDI). There were 337 students from the secondary schools of Latvia participating in the research, among them 267 girls and 70 boys of the age group from 15 to 20 years old. The participants of the study received an internet link with a questionnaire - Children’s depression inventory. Data analysis was carried out using the statistics software: GraphPad Prism v6.There were no statistically significant differences established when evaluating the data of CDI questionnaire within the gender groups and age groups. There were no statistically significant differences established when evaluating the data of CDI questionnaire within Riga and regional secondary schools. There were no statistically significant differences (p>0.05) established among the age groups when evaluating the data of CDI questionnaire within five symptom groups, but there were statistically significant differences (p<0.001) between gender groups for such symptom groups as: anhedonia, negative self-esteem and negative mood within the depression symptom groups.There were no statistically significant differences established when evaluating the data of CDI questionnaire within the symptom risk groups.
