dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba mērķis bija noskaidrot farmaceitu un grūtnieču informētības līmeni par dažādu medikamentu un vitamīnu lietošanas drošumu bērna gaidību laikā. Vidēji farmaceitu zināšanas par dažādu aktīvo vielu lietošanas drošumu grūtniecības 1. trimestrī novērtējām ar 4,49 punktiem no 14 iespējamiem, izvēloties atbilstošākos atbilžu variantus. Tālākizglītības pasākumi par medikamentozo aprūpi grūtniecības laikā būtu vērtīgi farmaceitu praksei aptiekā (92,41% respondenti tā domā). 72,15% nav apmeklējuši šāda tipa tālākizglītības pasākumus pēc mācību iestādes absolvēšanas. 93,2% aptaujāto sieviešu uzskatīja, ka grūtniecības 1.trimestra laikā varētu būt bīstami lietot medikamentus, bet tikai 32,7% - 2.trimestra laikā un 40,3% - 3.trimestra laikā. 68,82% sieviešu varēja nosaukt vismaz 1 medikamentu no kura lietošanas būtu jāizvairās grūtniecības laikā.
dc.description.abstract | The aim of the Master’s thesis was to find out the level of awareness of pharmacists and pregnant women about the safety of different medicines and vitamins during the child’s expectation. On average, pharmacists’ knowledge of the safety of the use of various active substances in the first trimester of pregnancy was estimated at 4.49 points out of 14 possible, counting the most appropriate responses. Further education measures on drug care during pregnancy would be valuable for pharmacists’practice in pharmacy (92,41% of respondents agreed with it). 72.15% have not attended this type of continuing education after graduation. 93.2% of women surveyed thought it could be dangerous to use medications during the 1st trimester of pregnancy, but only 32.7% during the 2nd trimester and 40.3% during the 3rd trimester. 68.82% of women were able to name at least 1 medication that should be avoided during pregnancy.
