Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Radiogrāfera taktika protokola izvēlē, veicot vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu pie divpadsmitpirkstu zarnas perforācijas”. Izvēlētā bakalaura darba tēma ir aktuāla, jo datortomogrāfija revolucionēja modernu medicīnu, palīdzot ārstiem neinvazīvi vizualizēt ķermeņa iekšējas struktūras, tādejādi veicinot ātru diagnostiku un slimības procesu uzraudzību. Šāds progress ir neizbēgami uzlabojis pacientu aprūpes standartu un padarījis DT par attēlveidošanas izvēles modeli daudzām medicīniskajām indikācijām. Tomēr DT ir saistīta arī ar augstākajām radiācijas devām radioloģijā un, ņemot vērā tā pieaugošo lietošanu visā pasaulē strauji kļūst par lielāko iedzīvotāju starojuma devu no medicīniskās darbības. Lai sasniegtu mērķi tika izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: analizēt literatūru par vēdera dobuma orgānu anatomiju, divpadsmitpirkstu zarnas normālo anatomiju, divpadsmitpirkstu čūlas perforāciju, analizēt literatūru par vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfijas protokoliem akūtā situācijā, izstrādāt datortomogrāfijas vēdera dobuma attēla kritēriju analīzes tabulu, veikt analizējošo pētījumu, izvērtējot vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfijas attēlus pie divpadsmitpirkstu zarnas perforācijas, veikt secinājumus par precīziem attēla kritērijiem veicot vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfiju pie divpadsmitpirkstu zarnas perforācijas. Tika veikts retrospektīvi kvalitatīvs pētījums. Veikta datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu datu analīze, kā rezultātā tika veikta mērķtiecīga un sistemātiska datu apkopošana. No datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu datiem izrakstos tika fiksēta tikai pētījuma darbam nepieciešamā informācija, datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumā izmantoto protokolu tehniskie parametri, radiācijas doza, un parametri, kas tieši saistīti ar attēla kvalitāti. Darbs sastāv no 39 lapaspusēm. Izmantoti 26 literatūras un informācijas avoti. Darbs sastāv no: 5 nodaļām un 7 apakšnodaļām, 5 pielikumiem, 8 secinājumiem un 2 priekšlikumiem. Chosen bachelors degree thesis subject is “Radiographers tactic in choosing a protocol for abdominal CT examination for patients with duodenum perforation”. Chosen subject is relevant because of computed tomography revolutionizing modern medicine, and helping doctors to visualize the internal structures of the body, thus facilitating rapid diagnosis and monitoring of disease processes. Such progress has inevitably improved the standard of patient care and made CT a model of choice for imaging for many medical indications. However, CT is also associated with the highest doses of radiation in radiology and, given its increasing use worldwide, is rapidly becoming the largest dose of radiation from medical activity. To reach the conclusion, several tasks were made: analyze literature on anatomy of the abdominal cavity, normal anatomy of the duodenum, perforation of the duodenum, analyze the literature on abdominal computed tomography protocols in an acute situation, develop a table for the analysis of the criteria of abdominal cavity image analysis, conduct an analytical study evaluating the computed tomography of the abdominal cavity with duodenal perforation, to draw conclusions about precise image criteria by performing abdominal computed tomography with the duodenum perforation. A retrospective qualitative study was conducted. Data analysis of computed tomography examinations was carried out, resulting in purposeful and systematic data collection. Only data necessary for the research work, the technical parameters of the protocols used in the computer tomography examination, the radiation dose, and parameters directly related to the image quality were recorded in the extracts from computer tomography examinations. The work consists of 39 pages. 26 literature and information sources have been used. The work consists of: 5 chapters and 7 sub-chapters, 5 attachments, 8 conclusions and 2 proposals.
