Bronhiālās astmas un HOPS ārstēšanai izmantojamo medikamentu aprite aptiekās 2016.-2018. gadā

Abstract

Pasaulē ar katru gadu pieaug cilvēku skaits ar diagnosticēto elpošanas sistēmas saslimstību. Latvijā šobrīd ar bronhiālo astmu slimo 2-5% no kopējā iedzīvotāju skaita, HOPS diagnoze 2017.gadā oficiāli apstiprināta 25 000 gadījumu (LAAB,2018). Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot bronhiālās astmas un HOPS ārstēšanā izmantojamo medikamentu pieprasījuma, izrakstīšanas, apgrozījuma tendences Latvijas aptiekās par periodu 2016. - 2018.g. Latvijā pašreizējo medikamentozās terapijas atbilstību bronhiālās astmas un HOPS ārstēšanā, salīdzinot ar šī brīža Pasaules Astmas iniciatīvas organizācijas (GINA) un Hroniskas obstruktīvas plaušu slimības globālās iniciatīvas (GOLD) 2018 izstrādātajām vadlīnijām. Tika iegūti rezultāti, ka astmas un HOPS kontrolēšanai paredzēto medikamentu izvēle visās sešas aptiekās atbilst GINA un GOLD 2018. gada izstrādātajām vadlīnijām. Astmas ārstēšanā pieaugušajiem priekšroka tiek dota kombinētajai IGK/β2 agonists terapijai. Vispieprasītākais medikaments šajā farmakoloģiskā grupā ir Salmeterolum/Flutikasonum. Astmas kontrolei bērniem ārsti nozime IGK, vispopulārākais medikaments ir Fluticasonum. HOPS ārstēšanā priekšroka tiek dota LAMA un LAMA/LABA preparātiem.

Every year the number of people with diagnosed respiratory illness worldwide increases. Currently, in Latvia, 2-5% of the total population is suffering from bronchial asthma, the diagnosis of COPD was officially confirmed in 25,000 cases in 2017 (LAAB, 2018). The aim of the work was to find out the tendencies of demand, prescription and turnover of medication used in bronchial asthma and COPD therapy in Latvian pharmacies for the period of 2016 - 2018. In Latvia, the current correspondence of medication therapy in the treatment of bronchial asthma and COPD compared to the guidelines of the current Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) and Global Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Global Initiative (GOLD) 2018. The results of the research showed that asthma and COPD control medicines for in all six pharmacies comply with GINA and GOLD 2018 developed guidelines. For asthma treatment in adults, the combination of IGK / β2 agonist therapy is preferred. The most demanded drug in this pharmacological group is Salmeterolum / Fluticasone. For asthma control in children, doctors prescribe IGK, Fluticasonum is the most popular medicine. LAMA and LAMA / LABA preparations are preferable in COPD treatment.
