Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma – Pacientu pārvešanas standartizācija no kardioķirurģijas zāles uz bērnu intensīvās terapijas nodaļu. Maģistra darba tēmas aktualitāti nosaka standartizētas pacientu transportēšanas pieejas pielietošana bērnu stacionārā, pacientu drošības uzlabošanai un pārvešanas procesa strukturēšanai. Darba mērķis ir izveidot un ieviest protokolu, kas uzlabotu un standartizētu pārvešanas procesu no kardioķirurģijas operāciju zāles uz bērnu intensīvās terapijas nodaļu. Pētījumā tika apkopota un analizēta literatūra par pacienta transportēšanas, pārņemšanas un nodošanas praksi pasaulē un stacionārā un analizētas Nolas Pender, Dorotejas Oremas māszinību teorijas. Pētījuma dizains veidots pēc 5 soļu sistēmas: standartizācija, protokols, protokola pilots, intervija un Swift analīze. Maģistra darbā izmantota kvalitatīvā petījuma metode un darbības pētījuma ietvars. Iegūtie dati analīzēti un apstrādāti ar kvalitatīvas kontentanalīzes metodi. Pēc rezultātu apkopošanas izveidota risku analīze Swift un veikti secinājumi. Pētījuma darba jautājums: Kā intensīvās terapijas darbu un pacienta drošību ietekmē standartizēts pacienta pārvešanas protokols? Pētījumā noskaidrots, ka protokols ir uzlabojis pacientu pārvešanas procesu nodaļā. Pozitīvi darbinieki vērtē standartizācijā pieņemto protokola lasīšanas kārtību, kas pieļauj diskusiju darbinieku starpā, kā arī tas kalpo kā labs palīgs jaunajām māsām. Theme of Master's research— Standardisation of patient transfers from a cardiac operation room to a child intensive treatment department. Topicality of theme is determined by applying a standardised patient transportation approach to improving children's hospital, patient safety and structuring the transfer process. The aim of the work is to create and implement a protocol that would improve and standardize the transfer process from a cardiac surgery operating room to a child intensive treatment department. The study will summarize and analyze the literature on the patient's transportation, takeover and transfer practices worldwide and in-patient analysis of the nurses theory of Nola Pender and Dorothy Orem. The design of the study is based on a 5-step system: standardisation, protocol, protocol pilot, interview and Swift analysis. The master's work uses the quality method and the scope of the performance study. The resulting data has been analyzed and processed with a high-quality concessioning method. Following the collection of results, a risk analysis for Swift has been established and conclusions have been made. Reaserch question: How will intensive therapy work and patient safety be affected by a standardised patient transfer protocol? The study shows that the protocol has improved the process of transferring patients to the department. Positive employees are looking at the standard reading procedure, which allows for discussion among employees, and also serves as a good assistant for the young nurses. Question 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 answers the question of research.
