Profesionālās kompetences pašvērtējums hematoloģijas nodaļā strādājošām māsām

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - “Profesionālās kompetences pašvērtējums hematoloģijas nodaļā strādājošām māsām”. Tēmas izvēli nosaka, tas ka praktizējošu māsu kompetenču novērtēšana ir viena no galvenajām funkcijām kvalitātes nodrošināšanā veselības aprūpes sistēmā un profesionālās kompetences pašvērtējums dod iespēju māsām izvērtēt prioritātes savu kompetenču, spēju un prasmju attīstīšanai. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot hematoloģijā strādājošu māsu profesionālās kompetences pašvērtējumu. Pētniecības uzdevumi ietver zinātniskās literatūras analīzi par māsu profesionālo kompetenci saistībā ar māsu pašvērtējumu, analizēt Patrīcijas Benneres un Judītes Vrubeles māszinību teoriju saistībā ar māsu kompetenču pašvērtējumu un to ietekmējošiem faktoriem un veikt pētījumu. Pētījuma jautājumi: 1.Kāds ir hematoloģijā strādājošu māsu kompetenču pašvērtējums? 2.Kāds ir māsu viedoklis par prioritātēm savu profesionālo kompetenču attīstīšanā? Bakalaura darbā tika izmantota kvalitatīva pētniecības metode, kā pētniecības instruments izmantota daļēji strukturēta intervija. Intervijās iegūto datu analīze tika veikta pēc kvalitatīvās kontentanalīzes metodes. Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus tika secināts, ka hematoloģijas nodaļā strādājošās māsas izprot profesionālās kompetences jēdzienu un ir ieinteresētas savu profesionālo kompetenču apzināšanā, izvērtēšanā un attīstīšanā. Bachelor's thesis “Self-assessment of professional competences for nurses working in the hematology”. Relevance of this topic is determined by the fact that assessing the competencies of practicing nurses is one of the key elements assuring the quality in the healthcare system, and self-assessment of professional competences enables nurses to assess priorities for developing their own competences, abilities and skills. The aim of the work is to find out the self-assessment of professional competences of nurses working in hematology. The research tasks include the analysis of scientific literature on nurses professional competences in relation to self-assessment, analysis of nursing theory of Patricia Benner and Judite Vrubele in relation to self-assessment of nursing competencies and impacting factors, and to do research. Research questions: 1.What is self-assessment of professional competences for nurses working in the hematology ? 2.What is the opinion of nurses about the priorities in developing their own professional competences? A qualitative research method was used in the Bachelor's thesis, as research tool was used a partially structured interview. The analysis of the data obtained in the interviews was accomplished according to the qualitative content analysis method. Summarizing the results of the study, it was concluded that nurses working in the hematology understand the concept of professional competences and are interested in identifying, evaluating and developing their own professional competences.
