Pacientu līdzestība aprūpē pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas stacionārā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Pacientu līdzestība aprūpē pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas”. Darba autore ir izvēlējusies šo tēmu, jo strādājot ortopēdijas nodaļā, vienā no Rīgas slimnīcām, savā ikdienas darbā novēro pacientus pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka katru gadu pieaugošais endoprotezēšanas operāciju skaits. Lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas operācijas nodrošina pacientu dzīves kvalitāti un ilgumu. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu līdzestību aprūpē pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas stacionārā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika izvirzīti sekojošie pētījuma uzdevumi: veikt zinātniskās literatūras analīzi par pacientu aprūpi un pacientu līdzestību aprūpē pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas; veikt D. Oremas māszinības teorijas pielietošanas iespējas analīzi, aprūpējot pacientus; izstrādāt strukturētas intervijas jautājumus pacientiem pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas; veikt kvalitatīvo pētījumu – interviju; apkopot un izanalizēt intervijas rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir pacientu līdzestība aprūpē pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas stacionārā? Pētījuma instruments: Darbā tika izstrādāti strukturētas intervijas jautājumi pacientiem pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas stacionārā. Darbā tika pielietota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Iegūtie pētījuma rezultāti sniedz atbildi uz izvirzīto pētījuma jautājumu – pacientu līdzestība pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas ir pietiekoša. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 6 nodaļām, 4 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem, 4. pielikumiem, darba apjoms ir 41 lpp., darbā izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti.

The theme of Bachelor ’s thesis is „Patient’s Compliance after endoprosthetics of large joints in hospital”. The author of the thesis chose this theme as she works in the Orthopedical department in one of Riga’s clinic and in her daily work she observes patients after endoprosthetics of large joints. The relevance of the research topic is determined with the increase in numbers of endoprosthetic operations per year. Endoprosthetic operations of large joints provide quality and patient’s lifetime. The aim of the research is to identify patient’s compliance after endoprosthetics of large joints. For the aim achievement were set following research tasks: to analyze scientific literature about patients care and compassion in healthcare after large joints endoprosthetics; to analyze of possibility of applying D. Orem artificial theory of artificiality in patient care; to develop questions to structure interview for patients after endoprosthetics of large joints; to provide quality research – interviews; to summarize and analyze interview results and conclude it. The research question: “What is Patient’s Compliance after endoprosthetics of large joints in hospital?” The research method: During research were developed questions for structure interview for patients after endoprosthetics of large joints in hospital. In the thesis was used quality research method. The research results give answer to research question – the patient compassion after endoprosthetics of large joints is sufficient. The thesis consists introduction, 6 chapters, 4 subchapters, conclusion and 4 appendixes. The thesis amount is 41 pages. In the thesis were used 30 sources of literature.
