Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Politraumu pacientu aprūpes organizācija lokālās slimnīcas Neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības nodaļā”. Izvēlētās tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka katru gadu pasaulē un arī Latvijā pieaug traumu skaits, kuras tiek klasificētas kā politrauma. Ja politraumu guvušais pacients atrodas tālu no Rīgas un ir tik kritiskā stāvoklī, tad viņš tiek nogādāts tuvākajā reģionālajā vai lokālajā slimnīcā. Diemžēl citās slimnīcās, jo īpaši ārpus Rīgas trūkst nepieciešamo speciālistu. Tāpēc ļoti svarīgi noskaidrot, kāda ir aprūpes organizācija politraumas gadījumā, ja pacients tiek stacionēts lokālās slimnīcas NMP nodaļā. Darba autorei nav datu par līdzīgu pētījumu esamību Latvijā un ārzemēs. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt politraumu pacientu aprūpes organizāciju lokālās slimnīcas Neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības nodaļā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir izpētīt un analizēt literatūru par aprūpes organizāciju darbā ar politraumu pacientu Neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības nodaļā; analizēt Betijas Ņūmenas veselības sistēmas modeli saistībā ar pacientu aprūpi pēc politraumas Neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības nodaļā; izveidot pētījuma instrumentu – interviju; veikt pilotpētījumu un pētījumu; apkopot un analizēt pētījumā iegūtos datus; izstrādāt secinājumus un ieteikumus. Pētījuma jautājums ir noskaidrot, kāda ir aprūpes organizācija politraumu pacientam lokālās slimnīcas Neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības nodaļā? Pētījuma metode ir kvalitatīvā. Pētījuma instruments – intervija. Pētniecības daļā izanalizēti un aprakstīti pētījuma rezultāti. Rezultāti parādā, ka aprūpes organizācija politraumu pacientam lokālās slimnīcas Neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības nodaļā ir vairāk laba, nekā slikta. Aprūpējot pacientu ar politraumu, medicīnas personāls organizē savu darbu, izmantojot savas zināšanas un prasmes. Veidojas komandas darbs. Sadarbība ar Specializētās medicīnas centru nodrošina trūkstošu specialistu piesaisti pie politraumu pacienta ārstēšanas procesa. The theme of the bachelor is “Polytrauma patient care organisation in local hospital`s accident and emergency department”. The topicality of the theme is because each year the number of polytraumas increases in the world, and also in Latvia. If the patient is far from Riga and the patient is in critical condition, then she or he is taken to the closest hospital in region. Unfortunately, there are shortage of proffesionals in hospitals of region. It is important to clarify, what is health care organization at the local hospital’s emergency medical institution , if there is a patient with polytrauma. The author of the paper has not got the data about similar research in Latvia or abroad. The aim of the research to study and analyse patient’s health care organization at the local hospital`s emergency medical institution with polytrauma. The tasks of the research are to study and analyse literature about health care organization in work with the patient at the local hospital’s emergency medical institution with polytrauma, to analyse the Neuman systmes model of Betty Neuman related to patients with care of a polytrauma. At the emergency medical institution; to make the instrument of the research – an interview; to make pyrexia and research.; to sum up and analyse the data of the research; to draft conclusions and suggestions. The question of the research is to study what is the quality of the patient’s health care organization at the local medical institution with polytrauma. The method of the research: qualitative The instrument of the research: interview The results of the research are analysed and described. The results depict health care organization to patients with polytrauma at local hospital’s emergency medical institution is more god than off – grade. During the process of taking care of a patient with polytrauma, medical stuff organise their work, using their knowledge and skills. They use the skill of a team work. With the help of special medical centre, there i san oppurtinity to relate specialists to the treatment of polytrauma’s patients.
