Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Antimikrobo līdzekļu menedžments stacionārā pneimonijas pacientiem”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka elpošanas sistēmas saslimšanas gadījumu skaita palielināšanās, ar to saistīto antimikrobo līdzekļu lietošanas biežuma pieaugums un rezistento mikroorganismu attīstība. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot antimikrobo līdzekļu menedžmenta realizāciju stacionārā pneimonijas pacientiem. Pētniecības metode – kvalitatīvā, instruments - intervija. Pētniecības jautājums: “Kā tiek realizēts antimikrobo līdzekļu terapijas menedžments pneimonijas pacientiem Intensīvās terapijas klīnikā?” Pētījuma rezultāti apliecina, ka Intensīvās terapijas klīnikā praktizējošās māsas izprot un īsteno antimikrobo līdzekļu menedžmentu pneimonijas pacientiem atbilstoši aktuālajām vadlīnijām. Bachelor paper „Management of antimicrobial agents in stationary with pneumonia patients”. Topicality of the theme is determined by increase in number of breathing system disease cases, increase in connected with antimicrobial agent usage frequency and development of resistant microorganisms. Aim of the paper is to clarify implementation of antimicrobial agent management in the stationary with pneumonia patients. Method of the research – qualitative, instrument – interview. Question of the research: “How is management of antimicrobial agent therapy implemented with pneumonia patients in Intensive Therapy Clinics?” Results of the research certify that nurses practicing in Intensive Therapy Clinics comprehend and implement management of antimicrobial agents with pneumonia patients in conformity with current guidelines.
