Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Dorotejas Oremas teorijas pielietojums intensīvās terapijas nodaļā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka intensīvās terapijas pacientu skaits pēdējo gadu laikā praktiski ir nemainīgs. Katrs pacients vidēji pavada 2.13 -2.22 dienas intensīvās terapijas nodaļā, kur viņa pašaprūpe ir krasi ierobežota gan veselības stāvokļa, gan nodaļas iekšējo kārtības noteikumu dēļ. Tāpēc ir svarīgi izpētīt Dorotejas Oremas Pašaprūpes teorijas pielietojumu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Darba mērķis ir novērtēt Dorotejas Oremas teorijas pielietojumu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Darba uzdevumi ir: 1.Analizēt literatūru un avotus par D.Oremas teoriju un intensīvās terapijas nodaļas specifiku; 2.Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentus - intervijas jautājumus gan māsām, gan intensīvās terapijas nodaļas pacientiem, veikt pilotpētījumu; 3.Veikt pētījumu; 4.Apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus; 5.Izdarīt secinājumus. Pētniecības jautājums- Kāds ir D. Oremas teorijas pielietojums intensīvās terapijas nodaļā? Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 5 nodaļām, 2 apakšnodaļām un 6 pielikumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā ir aprakstīta Dorotejas Oremas pašaprūpes teorija, intensīvās terapijas pacientu aprūpes pamatprincipi un pacientu pašaprūpes veicināšana intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Pētniecības daļā ir izanalizēti un aprakstīti pētījuma rezultāti. Pētījums norisinājās no 05.04.2019. līdz 20.05.2019. un tajā piedalījās 10 māsas un 10 pacienti. The theme of Bachelor is “The use of Dorothea Orem’s theory in intensive care unit”. The topicality of the theme determines that the number of intensive care patients has remained practically unchanged in recent years. Each patient in average spends 2.13-2.22 days in intensive care unit where patient’s self-care is drastically restricted because of health status and the internal rules of the intensive care unit. That is why it is important to study the use of Dorothea Orem’s theory in intensive care unit. The aim of the work is to evaluate the use of Dorothea Orem’s theory in intensive care unit. Work tasks are: 1.Analyze literature and the sources about D. Orem’s theory and specifics of intensive care unit; 2.To develop the instrument of a research- interview questions, make a pilot study; 3.Carry out research clinic; 4.To collect and analyze the study results; 5.Develop conclusions. The research question: what is the use of Dorothea Orem’s theory in intensive care unit? The bachelor paper consists of 5 chapters, 2 sub-chapters and 6 appendices. The theoretical part describes Self-Care theory of Dorothea Orem, basic care principles of intensive care patient and promotion of patient self-care in intensive care unit. The empiric section analyzes and describes the results of the research. The study ran from 05.04.2019. to 20.05.2019. and it participated 10 nurses and 10 patients.
