Sāpju novērtēšana agrīnā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - ,,Sāpju novērtēšana agrīnā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas”. Tēmas aktualitāte - Latvijā nav daudz pētījumu par akūtu sāpju ietekmi uz atveseļošanās procesu, slimības gaitu un iznākumu, sāpju intensitātes un kvalitātes novērtēšanu. Sāpju novērtēšana un atvieglošana pārsvarā balstās uz māsām. Ņemot vērā, ka Latvijas slimnīcās nav izstrādāts vienots sāpju novērtēšanas protokols, vērts šai problēmai pievērsties vairāk. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot sāpju novērtēšanu agrīnā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēsanas. Pētniecības darba hipotēze: Sāpju novērtēšana agrīnā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas pamatā ir balstīta uz fizioloģiskiem indikatoriem un subjektīvā stāvokļa novērtējumu. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1.Apzināt un analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par sāpēm, sāpju novērtēšanu agrīnā pēcoperācijas perioda pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas. 2.Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu - anketu. 3.Veikt anketēšanu. 4.Apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus. 5.Izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt ieteikumus. Pētniecības instruments: Lai sasniegtu darbā uzstādīto mērķi, tiks veikts kvantitatīvs neeksperimentāls pētījums, kas tiks izpildīts ar aptaujas anketu palīdzību. Lai uzzinātu kāda ir sāpju novērtēšana agrīnā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas . Anketēšanā tika pielietota numeriskā analogā novērtēšanas skala. Pētniecības metode: neeksperimentāla kvantitatīva pētniecības metode- anketēšana. Slēdziens: Hipotēze- Sāpju novērtēšana agrīnā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas pamatā ir balstīta uz fizioloģiskiem indikatoriem un subjektīvā stāvokļa novērtējumu- ir apstiprinājusies. Theme of Bachelor's Thesis - “Evaluation of Pain in Early Postoperative Period after Large Joint Endoprosthesis”. Topicality of the topic - There is not much research in Latvia on the impact of acute pain on the recovery process, the course of the disease and outcome, the assessment of pain intensity and quality. Pain assessment and relief is mostly based on nurses. Considering that there is no uniform pain assessment protocol in Latvian hospitals, it is worth to focus more on this problem. Aim of the thesis: To find out the pain assessment in the early postoperative period after the large joint endoprosthesis. The research hypothesis: The assessment of pain in the early postoperative period after the large-joint endoprosthesis is based on physiological indicators and assessment of the subjective condition. Research tasks: 1. To identify and analyze scientific literature on pain, pain assessment in the early postoperative period after large-joint endoprosthesis. 2. Develop a survey tool - a questionnaire. 3. Make a questionnaire. 4. Collect and analyze the obtained data. 5. Draw conclusions and make recommendations. The research tool: In order to achieve the goal set at work, a quantitative non-experimental study will be carried out through questionnaires. To find out what is the pain assessment in the early postoperative period after the large joint endoprosthesis. The numerical analogue evaluation scale was used in the questionnaire. Research method: non-experimental quantitative research method- questionnaire. The desicion: Hypothesis - Early postoperative pain assessment is based on physiological indicators and the assessment of subjective condition is confirmed.
