Saudzīgās aprūpes nodrošinājums jaundzimušajiem ar mākslīgo plaušu ventilāciju

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Saudzīgās aprūpes nodrošinājums jaundzimušajiem ar mākslīgo plaušu ventilāciju”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izvērtēt saudzīgās aprūpes nodrošinājumu jaundzimušajiem ar mākslīgo plaušu ventilāciju. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir apkopot un analizēt literatūru par jaundzimušo saudzīgo aprūpi un tās nodrošināšanas nozīmi, par mākslīgu plaušu ventilāciju jaundzimušajiem. Analizēt V.Hendersones aprūpes teoriju un saistīt to ar bakalaura darba tēmu, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – novērojuma protokolu, veikt respondentu novērošanu, apkopot pētījuma rezultātus un analizēt iegūtos datus un izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums: kā tiek nodrošināta saudzīgā aprūpe jaundzimušajiem ar mākslīgu plaušu ventilāciju? Mērķa sasniegšanai pētījumā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode un izstrādāts pētījuma instruments novērojuma protokols. Tika novērotas septiņas māsas, X jaundzimušo intensīvās terapijas nodaļās. Balstoties uz novērojuma protokola analīzi nozīmīgākais var secināt, ka jaundzimušajiem ar mākslīgo plaušu ventilāciju aprūpe pēc saudzīgās aprūpes principiem tiek nodrošināta vidēji 63% gadījumos no novērotajām ikdienas aprūpes darbībām. The theme of bachelor work – gentle care provision for newborn babies with artificial lung ventilation. The aim of work is to evaluate gentle care provision for newborn babies with artificial lung ventilation. The tasks of the research are to summarize and analyze the literature on the gentle care of newborn babies and the importance of its provision as well as artificial lung ventilation for newborns. Another task is to analyze V.Henderson’s care theory and associate it with the theme of the bachelor's work as well as to develop the research tool, the observation protocol, to observe the respondents, summarize the results of the research, analyze the obtained data and to make a conclusion. The research question is: How is gentle care provided for newborn babies with artificial lung ventilation? In order to achieve the aim of the research, a qualitative research method and developed research tool for observation protocol was used. Seven nurses were observed in the X newborns intensive care units. Based on the analysis of the observation protocol, the most important conclusion is that care of newborns with artificial lung ventilation is provided on average by 63% of the observed daily care activities.
