Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Aprūpes komandas sadarbība pēcanestēzijas novērošanas palātā.” Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka sadarbība jeb komandas darbs ir kompetence, kurai jābūt augsti attīstītai māsām un māsas palīgiem strādājot pēcanestēzijas novērošanas palātā, jo pareiza pacienta aprūpe un novērošana pēcanestēzijas ir tik pat svarīga kā pati anestēzija un operācija. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot aprūpes komandas savstarpējo sadarbību pēcanestēzijas novērošanas palātā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir: 1.Veikt literatūras analīzi par aprūpes komandas darbu un tās nozīmi pēcanestēzijas novērošanas palātā, vispārīgi raksturojot sadarbības jēdzienu, izvērtējot sadarbības formas, veidus un paņēmienus; 2.Analizēt B. Ņūmanas māszinību teoriju saistībā ar aprūpes komandas locekļu sadarbību; 3.Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu un veikt pilotpētījumu; 4.Veikt pētījumu par aprūpes komandas savstarpējo sadarbību pēcanestēzijas novērošanas palātā; 5.Izdarīt secinājumus un izvirzīt ieteikumus. The research theme – “The collaboration of care team in post-anesthesia recovery room.” The topicality of the research proofs the fact that collaboration or teamwork is a competence, that must be highly developed in nurses and nursing assistants work in the post-anesthesia recovery room, because post-anesthesia patient care is just as important as the anesthesia itself. The aim of the research: to find out the care team collaboration in the post-anesthesia recovery room. Task of research: 1.To analyze the literature on the care team work and its' importance in the post-anesthesia care ward, describing the general concept, evaluation forms, methods and techniques of collaboration; 2.To analyze B. Newman's Nursing Theory concerning the collaboration of care team members; 3.To develop a research tool and conduct a pilot study; 4.To do research on collaboration of care team in post-anesthesia ward; 5.To draw conclusions based on research and offer recommendations based on the results. The research question: What is the collaboration of care team in the post-anesthesia recovery room? Research method: Qualitative research. Research tool: Interview. The research proves that the care team collaboration in the post-anesthesia recovery room is productive, but the opinions of nurses and nurses’ assistants are different in some aspects of collaboration. This is based on a different vision of individual situations.
