Bakalaura darba tēma: Piederīgo līdzestība aprūpē pirmreizēji stacionētiem pacientiem ar demenci. Tēmas aktualitāte: Tautas skaitīšanas dati apliecina to, ka sabiedrība noveco, vecu cilvēku īpatsvars palielinās. Ir aprēķināts, ka ap 2030. gadu apmēram viena ceturtdaļa Latvijas iedzīvotāji būs vecumā virs 60 gadiem. Zemās dzimstības un ekonomiskās migrācijas dēļ gados veciem cilvēkiem dzīves kvalitātes saglabāšanas iespējas bieži vien vērtējamas kā ierobežotas. Sabiedrības novecošanās un ar to saistītie procesi ir un būs nopietna sabiedrības veselības problēma Latvijā. Cilvēkiem, kas slimo ar demenci, piederīgo līdzestība aprūpē, ir būtisks priekšnoteikums ilgākai veselības saglabāšanai. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot piederīgo līdzestību aprūpē pirmreizēji stacionētiem pacientiem ar demenci. Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīvā. Pētniecības instruments: intervija. Pētījuma jautājumi: 1.Kāda ir piederīgo līdzestība aprūpē pirmreizēji stacionētiem pacientiem ar demenci? 2.Kas kavē un kas veicina piederīgo līdzestību aprūpē pirmreizēji stacionētiem pacientiem ar demenci? Analizējot respondentu sniegtās atbildes, autore secina, ka piederīgo līdzestībai aprūpē pirmreizēji stacionētiem pacientiem ar demenci ir gan sekmējoši, gan kavējoši faktori. Tomēr sekmējošo faktoru piederīgo līdzestībai aprūpe ir vairāk, kā kavējošu faktoru. Piederīgie meklē informāciju, uzklausa ārstu vērtīgos padomus, aprūpē iesaista arī citus ģimenes locekļus. Vairums gadījumos slimības skartais cilvēks paļaujas uz savu tuvinieku, kurš ir uzņēmies viņu aprūpēt un tāpēc aprūpē līdzestīgas ir abas puses. Topicality of the topic:Population census data show that the population is aging and the proportion of older people is increasing. By calculations it is predicted that around 2030 the one quarter of Latvia’s population will be over 60 years old. Due to low birth rate and economic migration the chances of maintaining good quality of life for the elderly are often evaluated as limited. The aging of society and the associated processes are and will be serious societies health problem in Latvia. For people suffering from dementia, the affiliation of the relatives in care is an essential prerequisite for longer health preservation. Aim of the work: to clarify the affiliation of the relatives in care for first-time patients with dementia. Research method: qualitative. Research tool: interview. Research qu estions 1. What is the affiliation of the relatives in the care of first-time patients with dementia? 2. What prevents and promotes affiliation to care for first-time patients with dementia? Analyzing the answers provided by the respondents, the author concludes that the care of the relatives in care of first-time patients with dementia have both contributing and inhibiting factors. However, caring for contributors is more than a hindering factor. Relatives seek information, listen to valuable advice from doctors, and involve other family members in care. In most cases, the affected person relies on his own a relative who has taken care of him and therefore both sides are equal in care.
