Sāpju novērtēšana un dokumentēšana pacientiem traumatoloģijas nodaļā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Sāpju novērtēšana un dokumentācija pacientiem traumatoloģijas nodaļā” tika izvēlēta, saistībā ar attiecīgas dokumentācijas trūkumu, kas apgrūtina pacienta aprūpes procesa nodrošināšanu. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot sāpju novērtēšanas pamatprincipus un izstrādāt attiecīgo protokolu. Darbā tika izvirzīts pētījuma jautājums: Kādi sāpju novērtēšanas pamatprincipi ir novērojami masu praksē? Darbā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētījuma instruments – daļēji strukturēta intervija. Pētījumā iegūtie dati atspoguļo, pacienta sāpju novērtēšanas pamatprincipus un svarīgākos faktorus, kurus medicīnas māsa ņem verā, veicot pacienta novērtēšanu un aprūpi.

The theme of the Bachelor's thesis "Pain Assessment and Documentation for Patients in the Traumatology Department" was selected in the context of a lack of relevant documentation that made it difficult to ensure the patient's care process. Aim of the thesis: to find out the basic principles of pain assessment and to develop the relevant protocol. The research question was raised in the thesis: What are the basic principles of pain assessment in mass practice? The paper used a qualitative research method. Research tool - semi-structured interview. The findings of the study reflect the basic principles of patient's pain assessment and the most important factors that a nurse considers when evaluating and caring for a patient.
