Pacienta aprūpes procesa dokumentēšana agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc koronāro artēriju šuntēšanas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pacientu aprūpes procesa dokumentēšana agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc koronāro artēriju šuntēšanas operācijas.” Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka, cilvēku bieža saslimšana ar sirds un asinsvadu slimībām. 2018. gadā sirds operāciju skaits ir audzis līdz pat 1268, līdz ar to, agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā nonāk arvien liekāks pacientu skaits, kam ir jānodrošina aprūpes procesa dokumentēšana. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt pacienta aprūpes procesa dokumentēšanu agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc koronāro artēriju šuntēšanas. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba mērķi, darba autore, izvirzīja darba uzdevumus, un tie ir sekojoši –analizēt literatūru par aprūpes procesu, agrīno pēcoperācijas periodu, koronāro artēriju šuntēšanu; analizēt D. Oremas pašaprūpes teoriju saistībā ar pacientu aprūpes procesa dokumentēšanu agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc koronāro artēriju šuntēšanas; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu, veikt pētījumu, apkopot rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma daļā, darba autore izvēlējas kvalitatīvo pētījuma metodi, tika izstrādāts pēc noteiktiem kritērijiem protokols, lai noskaidrotu, kā tiek atspoguļots aprūpes process pacientiem agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc koronāro artēriju šuntēšanas. Pētījums tika veikts X slimnīcā, kur, darba autore, veica dokumentu analīzi, izmantojot 20 pacientu medicīniskās stacionārās kartes. Datu apkopošanai tika izmantota aprakstošā metode.

The topic of thesis is “Patients nursing process documentation in early postoperative period after coronary artery bypass graft surgery.” The revelance of this thesis based on the fact the amount of people who suffer from heart and blood vessel diseases, and are in need of postoperative nursing has increased; e.g., in 2018 the number of heart surgeries made was 1268; with that in mind, the necessity to document the early postoperative period treatments has substantially increased. The main general objective of thesis is to research patients early postoperative period documentation of nursing process after coronary artery bypass graft surgery. To reach the main goal, the author choose for the following objectives: 1) analyze available literature on early postoperative period,nursing process, coronary artery bypass graft surgery 2) analyze D.Orems self-care nursing theory on patients nursing process documentation in early postoperative period after coronary artery bypass graft surgery, 3) develop a research tool, conduct a study, summarize and draw conclusions. For the research part of the work, the author choose qualitative research method; a protocol based on multiple criteria was developed to understand how postoperative nursing process after coronary artery bypass graft surgery during the early postoperative period is reflected in documentation. The research was contucted in clinic “X” where the author did an in-depth analysis on medical stationary cards of 20 patients. To summarize the acquired data, the describing method was used.
