Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Aprūpe pacientiem ar trofiskām čūlām” Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka hronisko trofisko čūlu problēmas ar kurām autore sastopas katru dienu māsu praksē. Tēma ir aktuāla, sakarā ar populācijas novecošanos 90% no hronisko kāju čūlu pacientiem ir vecāki par 65 gadiem. Neskatoties uz to, ka mūsdienās pieejami progresīvi brūču kopšanas līdzekļi, vēl joprojām hronisku brūču rezultatīva ārstēšana nav vienkārša. Brūču aprūpe un kopšana ir ļoti svarīga, lai sekmētu pacienta ātrāku izveseļošanos un uzlabotu dzīves kvalitāti. Bakalaura darba mērķis- analizēt aprūpi pacientiem ar trofiskām čūlām Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka ievērojot brūces kopšanas pamatprincipus samazinās trofisko čūlu dzīšanas ilgums, uzlabojas pacienta pašsajūta. Bakalaura darba kopējais apjoms ir 33 lappuses. Darba rakstīšanai ir izmantoti 29 literatūras un resursu avoti latviešu, krievu un angļu valodā. Darbs satur 2 pielikumus. Bachelor Theme is "Care for Patients with Trophic Ulcers" The topicality of the topic is determined by the problems of chronic trophic ulcers that the author faces every day in nursing practice. Topical, 90% of patients with chronic leg ulcers are older than 65 years due to population aging. Despite the fact that advanced wound care products are available nowadays, the treatment of chronic wounds is still not easy. Wound care is essential to facilitate faster patient recovery and improved quality of life. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze care for patients with trophic ulcers The results of the study show that following the basic principles of wound care the duration of healing of trophic ulcers decreases, the feeling of the patient improves. The total volume of the bachelor thesis is 33 pages. 29literature and resource sources in Latvian, Russian and English have been used for writing the thesis. Work contains 2 attachments.
