Ekonomikas ciklu lejupslīdes fāzes salīdzinājums - politisko lēmumu ietekme uz cikla lejupslīdes un depresijas fāzēm

Abstract

Pētnieciskā darba tēma ir: ekonomikas ciklu lejupslīdes fāzes salīdzinājums – politisko lēmumu ietekme uz cikla lejupslīdes un depresijas fāzēm. Pētījumā iekļautā problēma ir, līdzšinējo darbību trūkumā, nesasaistot politisko lēmumu nozīmību ar ekonomikas cikliskās attīstības prognozēšanu un svārstību mazināšanu. Pētnieciskā darba mērķis ir izpētīt ekonomikas cikliskās attīstības makroekonomiskās nestabilitātes (ekonomikas lejupslīdes) ietekmējošos faktorus un to mijiedarbību – analizējot galvenos makroekonomikas statistiskos rādītājus un politiski ekonomiskos lēmumus laika posmā no 2005. gada līdz 2018. gadam. Atbilstoši darba mērķim tika izvirzīts izpētes jautājums: Vai pastāv mijiedarbība starp makroekonomikas nestabilitāti un politiski ekonomiskajiem lēmumiem? Lai veiksmīgi atbildētu uz izpētes jautājumu tika izvirzīta hipotēze: Pastāv mijiedarbība starp makroekonomisko nestabilitāti un politiski ekonomiskajiem lēmumiem. Teorētiskā pieeja aptver ekonomikas ciklisko attīstību skaidrojošās teorijas, ekonomikas ciklu uzbūvi un to raksturojošos elementus, kā arī Latvijas ekonomiskās sistēmas aplūkošanu. Empīriskajā daļā, ar kvalitatīvās pētīšanas metodoloģijas – dokumentārās analīzes palīdzību tiek aplūkoti galvenie makroekonomiskās nestabilitātes cēloņi un to mijiedarbība starp politiski ekonomiskajiem lēmumiem, laika posmā no 2005. gada līdz 2010. gadam, un no 2011. gada līdz 2018. gadam. Noslēgumā tika veikti secinājumi, kas apstiprināja izvirzīto hipotēzi. Atslēgvārdi: makroekonomiskā nestabilitāte, politiski ekonomiskie lēmumi, ekonomikas lejupslīde, ekonomiskā sistēma.

The theme of the research work is: economic cycles recession phase comparison – the impact of political decisions on the cycle of recession and depression phase. The main problem of the research is the lack of action taken so far, without linking the importance of political decisions for the forsee of cyclical developments in the economy. The aim of the research is to study the factors influencing the macroeconomic instability (economic recession) of the cyclical development of the economy and their interaction - analyzing the main macroeconomic statistical indicators and political and economic decisions for the period 2005-2018. According to the purpose of the work, the research question is: Is there any connection between macroeconomic instability and political-economic decisions? To successfully answer the research question, we had to pose a hypothesis: There is a connection between macroeconomic instability and political-economic decisions. The theoretical approach encompasses theories explaining the cyclical development of the economy, the structure of economic cycles and the elements characterizing them, as well as the examination of the Latvian economic system. In the empirical part, with the help of qualitative research methodology - the documentary analysis deals with the main causes of macroeconomic instability and their interaction between the political and economic decisions, from 2005 to 2010, and from 2011 to 2018. Conclusions were drawn, which confirmed the hypothesis. Keywords: macroeconomic instability, political economic-decisions, economic recession, economic system.
