Skolēnu mācību sasniegumu nodrošināšana Rīgas Valdorfskolā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēmas „Skolēnu mācību sasniegumu nodrošināšana Rīgas Valdorfskolā” autore Lauma Dūmiņa vērsusi uzmanību aktuālai tendencei izglītības kvalitātes uzlabošanā. Izglītības iestādes viens no kvalitātes kritērijiem ir skolēnu mācību sasniegumi. Pamatskolā skolēni katru dienu iegūst daudz jaunu zināšanu, pedagogu darbs ir šīs zināšanas mācīt un pārbaudīt. Pedagogiem ir nepieciešams radīt pozitīvu vērtēšanas vidi, kur skolēnam ir zināmi dotie kritēriji un viņu mācību sasniegumu vērtēšana ir objektīva. Savukārt izglītības iestādes vadībai pedagogu darbs ir jāpārrauga, jāanalizē izglītības iestādes skolēnu mācību sasniegumi un tos jāpilnveido, veidojot turpmākos attīstības plānus. Skolēnu mācību sasniegumu nodrošināšanai ir vairāki aspekti, kas ietekmē kvalitatīvu prasmju apguvi. To ietekmē gan pedagogu kvalifikācija, gan izglītības iestādes atrašanās vieta, gan saprotami mācību kritēriji. Bakalaura darba mērķis: pētīt skolēnu mācību sasniegumu nodrošināšanu Rīgas Valdorfskolā. Pētījuma laikā tika analizēts pedagogu sastāvs, skolēnu mācību un valsts pārbaudes darbu rezultāti, noskaidroti skolēnu un pedagogu viedokļi par Rīgas Valdorfskolas skolēnu mācību sasniegumu nodrošināšanu. Pētījuma analīzes rezultātā tika noskaidrotas Rīgas Valdorfskolas pozitīvās un negatīvās prakses piemēri. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 57.lpp. Darba pamatošanā tika izmantotas 7. tabulas un 22. attēli, 35 bibliogrāfiskie materiāli un 2 pielikumi.

For the management of the educational institution, the work of the educators has to be monitored, the educational achievements of the pupils of the educational institution have to be analyzed and they should be improved by developing further development plans. There are several aspects to the achievement of pupils' learning that affect the quality of their skills. It is influenced both by the qualification of teachers, the location of the educational institution and the understandable learning criteria. Aim of the Bachelor's thesis: analyze the provision of pupils' achievements of Riga Valdorfschool. During the research, the composition of the teachers, the results of the pupils 'study and state tests were analyzed, the opinions of the pupils and the teachers on the provision of pupils' achievements of Riga Valdorfschool were clarified. As a result of the research, examples of positive and negative practices of Riga Valdorfschool were identified. Bachelor's thesis amounts to 57 pages. For its explanation 7 tables, 22 images and 2 appendices are used.
