Pētījuma mērķis. Teorētiski un praktiski izzināt rotaļu un vingrinājumu izmantošanas iespējas pašapkalpošanās prasmju sekmēšanai vidējā pirmsskolas vecumā. Darba teorētiskā daļa. Darba autore raksturo un analizē bērnu pašapkalpošanās iemaņu un prasmju attīstību veseluma skatījumā. Tiek izpētīti pašapkalpošanās iemaņu un prasmju apguve vidējā pirmsskolas vecumā, dažādi darba veidi. Darbā tiek uzsvērts, ka pašapkalpošanās ir bērnu pirmais solis uz socializāciju un veicina bērnu iekļaušanos sabiedrībā. Darba praktiskā daļa. Darba autore atspoguļo praktiskās bērnu prasmes un attieksmi pret mantu kārtošanu un darba vietas kārtošanu. Pētījuma gaitā tiek izvirzīti rādītāji, pēc kā tiek veikta bērnu darba vietas un mantu kārtošanas prasmju izpēte. Pēc iegūtajiem rezultātiem bērnu prasmju apguves līmeņiem, autore izmantoja dažādus pedagoģiskus paņēmienus bērnu prasmju veicināšanai. Pētījuma beigās tiek secināts, ka bērnu pašapkalpošanās prasmes un attieksmes pret veicamajām darbībām pakāpeniski ir pilnveidojušās. Apkopojot un analizējot praktiskā pētījuma rezultātus, autore apstiprina darba sākumā izvirzīto hipotēzi – Bērna pašapkalpošanās prasmes, attieksme pret veicamo attīstīsies sekmīgāk, ja pieaugušie pedagoģiski pamatoti izmantos vingrinājumus un rotaļas. Topic of the bachelor paper. „Promoting self-care skills to preschool-aged children” Objective of the research. To explore theoretically and prctically the opportunities for promoting self-care in playing and excersising of children in middle preschool. Theoretical part of the paper. The author analyses and describes the development of children's self-care skills and abilities from a whole perspetive. Different types of activities and self-care skills and abilities of middle preschool aged children are explored. An emphasis is placed on the idea that self-care contributes to the inclusion of children in the society and is the child's first step towards socialisation. Practical part of the paper. The author illustrates the children's skills and attitudes towards the activities performed: putting toys in the place, clearing work space after use. In the course of the research, the indicators to conduct research on the childrens putting toys in the place and clearing work space after use skills have been put forwards. Using the findings of the children's skill levels, the author has applied various pedagogical techniques for skill promotion. At the end of the research , a conclusion is made that the children's self-care skills and attitudes towards the activities performed improved step by step. Summarising and analysing the results of the practical research, the author of the paper confirms the hypothesis put forward at the beginning of the qualification paper: self-care will be children's first step towards socialisation if adults act a model for children's activities if an environment of objects is ensured and if children are involved with success in self-care activities.
