Bērnu izpratnes veidošana par veselīgu dzīvesveidu vecākajā pirmsskolas vecumā

Abstract

Darba autors: Rita Grigorjeva. Darba vadītājs: prof. Dr. psych. Tija Zīriņa. Darba temats: “Bērnu izpratnes veidošana par veselīgu dzīvesveidu vecākajā pirmsskolas vecumā”. Pētījuma mērķis: izzināt iespējas bērnu izpratnes veidošanai pirmsskolā par veselīgu dzīvesveidu. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1. Analizēt pedagoģijas un psiholoģijas zinātnieku teorijas par veselīgu dzīvesveidu. 2. Izzināt bērnu attīstības likumsakarības vecākajā pirmsskolas vecumā. 3. Izstrādāt pedagoģiskos paņēmienus bērnu izpratnes veidošanai par veselīgu dzīvesveidu. 4. Veikt pētījumu par bērnu izpratnes veidošanu par veselīgu dzīvesveidu. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika izpētīta un analizēta psihologu un pedagogu teorija par veselīgu dzīvesveidu. Tika analizētas bērnu attīstības likumsakarības vecākajā pirmsskolas vecumā. Pētnieciskajā darbībā tika atlasīti bērnu veselīga uztura ievērošanas vērtēšanas kritēriji, izstrādāti to līmeņi, ar bērniem tika vadītas praktiskas nodarbības par veselīga uztura izpratni un ievērošanu. Pētījuma beigās iegūtie rezultāti tika apkopoti tabulās, kā arī diagrammās. Pētījuma metodes: teorētiskā metode - literatūras analīze; empīriskās metodes- bērnu darbības pedagoģiskais novērojums, pedagoģiskā izmēģinājumdarbība. Darba apjoms: 74 lappuses, 3 tabulas, 32 attēli, 45 literatūras avoti un 4 pielikumi. Atslēgas vārdi: veselīgs dzīvesveids, veselīgs uzturs, bērni, ēšanas paradumi, praktiskā darbība, vecāki.

Aim of research: to explore opportunities to raise children's comprehension of a healthy lifestyle in preschool. Research tasks: 1. To analyze theories of healthy lifestyle of pedagogy and psychology scientists. 2. To find out the regularities of children's development at the elder preschool age. 3. Develop pedagogical techniques to raise children's comprehension of a healthy lifestyle. 4. To perform the research of the development of children comprehension of healthy lifestyle. In the theoretical part of the study was studies and analyzed the theory of psychologists and educators about healthy lifestyle. Analyzed the regularities of child development in the oldest preschool age. In the study the criteria for the assessment of healthy eating of children are selected, their levels are developed, practical lessons for understanding and observing a healthy eating are managed with children. The results of the study are summarized in tables and diagrams. The research methods: theoretical method- analysis of the literature, empirical methods- pedagogical observation of children activity, pedagogical experimental activity.
