Pasākumu plānošanas lietotne

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir izstrādāt lietotni, kura atvieglos pasākumu plānošanu, konkrēti uzlabojot iekšējo komunikāciju starp organizatoriem. Lai to uzlabotu, tiek dota iespēja lietotājiem savā starpā balsot par konkrētām tēmām, izveidot un rediģēt uzdevumus pasākuma īstenošanai, ievadīt un uzraudzīt budžeta izmaksas kā arī, brīvā tekstā, apspriest kādu jautājumu, lietojot čatus. Lietotnē ir svarīgi ir visi lietotāji, bet pasākumiem svarīgāki ir tieši divi, kuriem tiek dotas īpašas tiesības un papildus funkcionalitāte. Lietotne sastāv no 6 moduļiem - lietotāja, budžeta, čata, ideju, uzdevumu un pasākumu. Atslēgvārdi: i​OS, mobīlā lietotne, pasākumu plānošana.

The aim of this qualification work is to develop a mobile application, that would make event planning easier by improving communication between people involved. The communication would be improved by allowing the users to vote on specific topics, create and edit with tasks that would eventually lead to a well planned event, input and overlook the allowed budget for the event, allow the users to discuss any questions regarding the event using chats. Every user is important in the application, but for events there are two roles that have special permissions and have more functionality within the application. The application consists of 6 modules - user, budget, chat, idea, task and event. Keywords: i​OS, mobile application, event planning.
