Izpētes tēma apstiprina skaidru saikni starp cilvēkresursu pārvaldības darbu un darbinieku darbaspējām. Kvalitatīva darba rezultāti kadru daļā labvēlīgi ietekmē ne tikai nodaļas darbinieku darbaspējas bet arī visas organizācijas kopumā, un pēc autora izmeklējuma efektīvs kadru nodaļas darbs procentuāli nozīmīgi samazina cilvēku skaitu, kuri maina darba biežāk kā reizi gadā. Diplomdarba mērķis: cilvēkresursu pārvaldības priekšrocību un darba ietekmes izpēte uz darbaspējas darbiniekiem. Diplomdarba uzdevumi: 1.Izpētīt sasvstarpējo cilvēkresursu pārvaldības darbu un darbinieku biežo darbavietas maiņu; 2.Izvērtēt pieejamību un priekšrocības cilvēkresursu pārvaldības organizācijā; 3.Aprakstīt cilvēkresursu pārvaldības ar doto specifikas aprakstu; 4.Salīdzināt darbinieku stimulus bonusu sistēmas ceļā. Izmantotās pētniecības metodes: 1.)Neformalizētās pētīšanas metodes: Kvalitatīvās pētīšanas metodes. Pētījuma informatīvo bāzi veido zinātniskā literatūra un publikācijas, periodiskie izdevumi, internet tikla informācija, koncepcijas, programmas, publicētie materiāli. Darba apjoms ir 68 lpp., tas sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Darba satura izklāstā izmantoti 130 bibliogrāfiskie nosaukumi. The research topic confirms the link between the work of the human resource and employee performance. The result of the quality work of HR favorably contribute to the ability to work not only for the employees performance but also for the organization as a whole, and as a result according to the author, the effective work of the HR significantly reduces the percentage of people changing their jobs more than once in a year. The aim of the bachelor thesis: to study the benefits and the impact of the HR on employee performance. Tasks of the bachelor thesis: 1.To study the relationship between the work of HR and the frequency of changing working place of employees; 2.Assess the benefits of having a HR in the organization; 3.To characterize the work of HR by studying the history of this specificity; 4.Compare methods of encouraging employees through bonus systems. Key words: Human resource management, Human resource, Employee performance. Research methods used: 1.)Non-formalized Research Methods: Qualitative Research Methods. The informative basis of the research consists of scientific literature and publications, periodicals, internet network information, concepts, programs, published materials. The volume of work is 68 pages, consisting of 3 chapters. In the work used 130 bibliographic titles.
