Darba tēmu „Darbinieka atbildība darba tiesiskajās attiecībās” autore uzskata par nozīmīgu, jo tā skar ļoti plašu sabiedrības daļu, ne tikai darbiniekus, bet arī darba devējus. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot darbinieka atbildības iestāšanās priekšnoteikumus, piemērošanas kārtību atbilstoši likuma normām un sekas. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi ir analizēta tiesu prakse, normatīvie akti un dažādu personu viedokļi. Darba izstrādes procesā analizēta tiesu prakse un normatīvie akti, neliels ieskats ārzemju normatīvajos aktos, kā rezultātā autore nonāca pie secinājuma, ka Latvijā nav regulējuma un vadlīniju, kas noteiktu par kādiem pārkāpumiem piemērojams disciplinārsods, kā arī konstatētas likumu normu nesakritības un nepilnības. Darbs sastāv no trim daļām, pirmajā daļā aplūkota darbinieka disciplinārā atbildība, otrajā civiltiesiskā atbildība, bet trešajā administratīvā atbildība un kriminālatbildība. The author considered that the topic “Employee Liability in Labour Relations” is important, because it affects a very large part of society, not only the employees, but also employers. The aim of the thesis is to find out the preconditions of the employee's responsibility, the procedure of application according to the law and consequences. Judicial practice, normative acts and opinions of different persons are analysed to achieve the goal of the work. Judicial practice and normative acts, a small insight into foreign normative acts were analysed in the process of work. In result of the analysis the author came to the conclusion that there are no regulations and guidelines in the Republic of Latvia that would impose disciplinary punishments, there also are discrepancies and shortcomings in the legal norms. The work consists of three parts, the first part discusses the employee's disciplinary responsibility, the second – the civil liability, and the third – the administrative responsibility and criminal liability.
