Teledarba īpatnības un praktiskās problēmas.

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Teledarba īpatnības un praktiskās problēmas” izanalizēta darba organizācijas forma, kad darbinieks darba pienākumus, kurus var veikt darba devēja telpās, veic ārpus šīm telpām, pie tam izmantojot informācijas tehnoloģijas. Darba gaitā ir izskatīta teledarba jēdziena definīcija un darbības joma, līdz ar to tiek pētīts Eiropas Savienības pamatnolīgums par teledarbu. Darbā iekļauta teledarba līguma noslēgšanas procedūras un teledarba līguma satura analīze, kas ir noregulēta Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstu (Slovēnija, Slovākija, Polija, Portugāle, Čehija, Ungārija, Francija, Īrija) normatīvajos aktos, kā arī Krievijas Federācijas Darba kodeksā. Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīts tāds aspekts kā atbildība par teledarbinieka drošību un veselības aizsardzību, ja teledarbinieks veic darba pienākumus no mājām. Šā jautājuma izpēte ir veikta, balstoties uz Latvijas Republikas un citu Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstu normatīvajiem regulējumiem. Darba autore analizē teledarbu arī kā iespēju personām ar īpašām vajadzībām integrēties sabiedrībā un darba tirgū. Attiecīgā aspekta pētījums veikts, balstoties uz Amerikas Savienoto valstu normatīvajiem aktiem un juridiskās prakses materiāliem. The bachelor's thesis “Specifics and Practical Problems of Telework” analyzes the form of the organization of work where the employee performs the work duties outside the premises using information technologies, even though the duties can be performed at the employer's premises. The definition and scope of the telework concept were analyzed in the course of the work, and the European Union's framework agreement on telework was studied. The work includes an analysis of the teleworking contract content and signing procedures, that is regulated by the laws of the Member States of the European Union (Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary, France, Ireland), as well as the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The bachelor's thesis examines the aspect of responsibility for the health and safety of a teleworker when an employee carries out work duties from home. The study of this issue is based on the regulatory framework of the Republic of Latvia and other European Union Member States. The author also analyzes telework as an opportunity for people with special needs to integrate into society and the labor market. The respective study was conducted on the basis of United States legislation and legal practice materials.
