Aptiekā piedāvāto psoriāzes alternatīvas terapijas preparātu sastāva pētījums

Abstract

Psoriāze ir nopietna un izplatīta hroniska ādas slimība. Ar to slimo dažāda vecuma cilvēki. Šī slimība nav izārstējama, bet var mazināt tās simptomus, pielietojot lokālu vai sistēmisku terapiju. Psoriāze ir sociāla problēma, kas skar apmēram 100 miljonus cilvēku visā pasaulē. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt psoriāzes terapijai pieejamo alternatīvu sastāvu un salīdzināt to ražotāju rekomendācijas ar zinātniskajā literatūrā pieejamo informāciju. Ar anketēšanas palīdzību tika noteikti psoriāzes pacientu viedokļi par bezrecepšu medikamentu lietošanu psoriāzes simptomu mazināšanai. No piedāvātajiem bezrecepšu medikamentiem psoriāzes simptomu ārstēšanai tika apskatīti „Dermalex Psoriasis”, „Psoriaten ziede” un „Wobenzym”. Tika secināts, ka Dermalex Psoriasis ir biežāk izmantotais alternatīvais medikaments aptaujāto pacientu vidū un sniedz vislabāko ārstējošo efektu.

Psoriasis is a serious and widespread chronic skin disease. It affects people of different ages. This disease cannot be cured but it is possible to reduce its symptoms by topical or systemic therapy. Psoriasis is a social problem affecting about 100 million people all around the world. The aim of the study is to explore the composition of alternatives available for psoriasis therapy and to compare the manufacturers’ recommendations with the information available in the scientific literature. The questionnaire was made to find out the opinion of patients with psoriasis about the use of over – the - counter medication to reduce the symptoms of psoriasis. Among the offered over – the - counter medications for treating psoriasis symptoms, “Dermalex Psoriasis”, “Psoriaten ointment” and “Wobenzym” were examined. In conclusion, “Dermalex Psoriasis” was the most used alternative medication among all respondents and provides the best treatment effect.
