Datortomogrāfijas protokolu pielietojums kakla traumu gadījumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā ’’Datortomogrāfijas protokolu pielietojums kakla traumu gadījumā’’ tika izvirzīts mērķis: noskaidrot datortomogrāfijas protokolu pielietojumu kakla trauma gadījumā un to kvalitātes ietekmējošos faktorus. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek aprakstīta kakla skriemeļa normālā anatomija, fizioloģija, datortomogrāfijas anatomija, kā arī datortomogrāfijas protokolu pielietojums un pareiza pacientu pozicionēšana kvalitātes uzlabošanai un dozas samazināšanai. Darba pētījumā tika izveidota kritēriju tabula un tika izvērtēti 40 datortomogrāfijas kakla skriemeļu izmeklējumi traumu gadījumos. Darbā izmantotās pētniecības metodes – teorētiskās literatūras analīze un kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode – pētījumā tika izvērtēti attēlu kvalitāti ietekmējošie faktori kakla skriemeļu traumu izmeklējumiem. Darba rezultātā ir apkopota, analizēta un aprakstīta literatūra, veikts pētījums, apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti un veikti ieteikumi un secinājumi.

Selected Bachelor thesis: Computed tomography protocol usage in case of cervical spine trauma has the objective to check out the computed tomography protocol used of cervical spine trauma and quality criteria. To achieve the result the author analyzed and summarized the literature about cervical spine normal anatomy, physiology, computed tomography anatomy and also correct patient positioning and correct protocol used to improve the quality and reduce the dose. During the research author uses theoretical literature analysis and qualitative research method – the author analyzed the factors of the images quality of 40 cervical spine examinations in case of trauma. As the results of work has been analyzed and described the research has been done with conclusions and recommendation at the end of work.
