Protokola pielāgošana magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējumā pacientiem pēc anamnēzē veiktas operācijas ar metāliskām konstrukcijām

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā ir aprakstīta un analizēta literatūra par tematu ‘Protokola pielāgošana magnētiskas rezonanses izmeklējumā pacientiem pēc anamnēzē veiktas operācijas ar metāliskām konstrukcijām’. Darba teorētiskā daļā aprakstīta jostas daļas anatomija, jostas daļas anatomija magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējumā. Patoloģijas, pie kurām jāveic mugurkaula operācijas ar metāliskiem konstrukcijām. Metālisko konstrukciju implantu veidi un pielietojums, operācijas veids. Magnētiskās rezonanses protokols un tā pielāgošana, intravenozās kontrastvielas pielietojums, izmeklējuma kontrindikācijas, artefakti kas rodas veicot izmeklējumu ar metāliskām konstrukcijām. Bakalaura darba mērķis: Noskaidrot protokola pielāgošana magnētiskas rezonanses izmeklējumā pacientiem pēc anamnēzē veiktas operācijas ar metāliskām konstrukcijām. Darba jautājums: Vai jostas daļas magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējuma attēla kvalitāti un izvērtēšanu ietekmē metāliskās konstrukcijas, kā to novērst? Pētījuma daļā tika veikta anonīma ekspertu strukturētā intervija, izmantojot iepriekš sastādītus jautājumus, kas atspoguļo protokola pielāgošana magnētiskas rezonanses izmeklējumā pacientiem pēc anamnēzē veiktas operācijas ar metāliskām konstrukcijām. Pētījumā tika aptaujāti 10 radiogrāferi un 5 ārsti radiologi-diagnosti. Darba noslēgumā ir veikts pētījums, apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti, izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi, kas balstīti uz pētījuma rezultātiem. Darba apjoms ir 40 lapaspuses, to veido 4 nodaļas un 10 apakšnodaļas, darbā ir izmantoti 24 literatūras avoti, 4 pielikumi. Darbā iekļauti 3 attēli. In bachelor work is summarized and analyzed literature about the “Magnetic rezonanse imaging for patient with a history of surgery with metallic structures, customize the protocol”. The theoretical part of the work describes the anatomy of the lumbar part, and magnetic resonance anatomy of the lumbar part. The pathology at which spine operations must be done with metallic structures. Types and applications of implants of metallic structures, type of operation. Magnetic resonanse protocol and it’s adjustment, use of intravenous contrast, stydy contraindications, artefacts from an examination with metallic structures. The aim of work: find out the adjustment of the protocol to the magnetic resonance study,for patients following medical surgery with metalic structures. Work issue: Does the metallic structures affect the quality and evaluation of the lumbar magnetic resonance exam and how to prevent it? In the study part, an anonymous expert structured interview was conducted using pre-compiled questions reflecting the adaptation of the protocol to the magnetic resonance imaging in patients with a history of metallurgical operations. In the study, 10 radiographers and 5 doctors were surveyed for radiologists-diagnostics. At the end of the thesis a study has been carried out, the results of the research are summarized, conclusions and sugastion are made based on the results of the study. The amount of the work is 40 pages, consisting of 4 chapters and 10 subchapters, 24 literature sources, 4 attachmentsand and includes 3 images.
