Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Magnētiskās rezonanses protokola pielietošana labrum plīsuma gadījumā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka mūsdienās arvien biežāk tiek diagnosticēti labrum plīsumi ne tikai sportistiem, bet arī citiem cilvēkiem. MR ir uzlabojusi ārsta radiologa spēju diagnosticēt gūžas locītavas sāpju cēloņus un apkārtējo mīksto audu patoloģiju. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot magnētiskās rezonanses protokola pielietošanu labrum plīsuma gadījumā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir analizēt literatūru par gūžas locītavas normālu un magnētiskās rezonanses anatomiju, analizēt literatūru par labrum plīsuma veidiem gūžas locītavā un tā diagnostiku, analizēt literatūru par magnētiskās rezonanses pielietoto protokolu, pacienta pozicionēšanu un pielietotajiem kritērijiem pie labrum plīsuma gūžas locītavā, veikt analizējošo pētījumu un veikt datu interpretāciju, veikt secinājumus par magnētiskās rezonanses protokola pielietošanu labrum plīsuma gadījumā. Pētniecības instruments ir pētījuma protokols. Pētniecības metode ir kvalitatīvs pētījums – salīdzinošā analīze. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 38 lappuses, ko veido 4 nodaļas un 10 apakšnodaļas, analizēti un izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti, 2 pielikumi, veikti secinājumi un ieteikumi.

Bachelor thesis – Adaptation of the magnetic resonance protocol in the case of a rupture of a labrum. The subject's spotlight is being dictated today by the increasingly frequent diagnosis of labrum ruptures, not only by athletes but by other people. MR imaging has improved the ability of the radiologist to diagnose causes of hip pain, particularly soft tissue pathology. The aimis to evaluate adaptation of the magnetic resonance protocol in the case of a ruptur eof a labrum. Research objectives are analyze the literature on the normal and magnetic resonanc eanatomy of the hip joint, analyze the literature on the structure of the labrum rupture in the hip joint and it’s diagnosis, analyze the literature on the protocol applied to magnetic resonance, position the patient and the applied criteria at the labrum rupture in the hip, perform the analysis study and perform data interpretation, make conclusions on the application of the magnetic resonance protocol application in case of labrum rupture. Research tool study protocol. The research method is a qualitative study, a comparative analysis. The bachelor's consists of 38 pages, 4 chapters and 10 sub-chapters, 30 literature sources, conclusions and recommendations.
