Pleca locītavas magnētiskās rezonanses attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju izvērtējums

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – „Pleca locītavas magnētiskās rezonanses attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju izvērtējums”. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un pētniecības daļas, secinājumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā analizēta literatūra par pleca locītavas anatomiju un pleca locītavas magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklēšanu. Apkopota informācija par attēlu kvalitātes kritērijiem pleca locītavas magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējumā. Pētniecības daļā, balstoties uz teorētiskajā daļā izklāstītajiem attēla kvalitātes kritērijiem, veikts kvantitatīvi kvalitatīvs pētījums, analizējot 50 pleca locītavas magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējumus. Darba mērķis – noskaidrot pleca locītavas magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējumu kvalitātes kritēriju ievērošanu radiogrāferu ikdienas darbā. Hipotēze: pleca locītavas korekta vizualizācija ir atkarīga no pacienta pozicionēšanas, atbilstošas izmeklējuma plaknes izvēles un pielietojamās sekvences. Darba apjoms – 36 lpp. Izmantoti 22 literatūras un informācijas avoti. Darbs sastāv no: 4 nodaļām, 9 apakšnodaļām, 10 attēliem, 11 diagrammām, 1 pielikuma.

Bachelor's thesis: “ Evaluation of quality criteria for MRI examination of shoulder." Thesis include introduction, theoretical and research parts, conclusions and proposals. The theoretical part consist of the literature about the shoulder joint anatomy, pathology and evolution of shoulder MRI quality criteria, summarized information on image quality criteria of shoulder joint MRI. The research part is based on evolution of image quality criteria, research consist of the analysis of 50 MR examinations of the shoulder joint. The purpose of the work is to find out the quality criteria for magnetic resonance imaging of the shoulder joint in the daily work of radiographer. Hypothesis: shoulder joint correct visualization depends on patients positioning, compliant examination plane choice and suitable sequences. The volume of work - 36 p. Used 22 literature and information sources. The work consists of 4 sections, 9 subsections, 10 pictures, 11 graphs, 1 annexes.
