2. tipa cukura diabēta pacientu līdzestības pētījums 2019. gadā

Abstract

Insulīnterapija joprojām ir vienīgais ārstēšanas veids 1. tipa cukura diabēta pacientiem un ieņem svarīgu lomu 2. tipa cukura diabēta terapijā kā monoterapijā, tā kombinācijā ar perorāli lietojamiem medikamentiem. Darbā ir aprakstīts kas ir cukura diabēts, kādi ir tā veidi un medikamentozās terapijas iespējas, var uzzināt sīkāk par insulīnu, kādi Latvijā ir pieejami un kāds ir to darbības mehānisms, savstarpējās atšķirības. Kā no insulīna pievienošanas terapijai pie 2. tipa cukura diabēta var uzlaboties ārstēšana. Darba mērķis: izpētīt 2019.gada 2.tipa cukura diabēta pacientu zināšanas par cukura diabēta terapiju. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka 2.tipa cukura diabēta pacientu zināšanas un līdzestība nav pilnvērtīgas. Kombinētā terapija tika nozīmēta 70% gadījumu. Insulin therapy is still the only treatment for type 1 diabetes patients and plays an important role in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, both as monotherapy and in combination with oral medications. The work describes what is diabetes, what kind of types and medication options are, can find out more about insulin, what are available in Latvia and what is their mechanism of action, differences between them. As treatment with insulin type 2 diabetes may lead to improved treatment. Aim of the thesis: to research type 2 diabetes patient knowledge of diabetes therapy. The results showed that type 2 diabetes patient knowledge is not sufficient. In 70% of cases, combination with oral medications has been developed.
