Operāciju māsas kompetence infekcijas kontroles nodrošināšanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - „ OPERĀCIJU MĀSAS KOMPETENCE INFEKCIJAS KONTROLES NODROŠINĀŠANĀ” . Bakalaura darba mērķis - Noskaidrot operāciju māsas kompetenci infekciju kontroles nodrošināšanā. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir operācijas māsas kompetence infekciju kontroles nodrošināšanā? Uzdevumi: 1.Zinātniskas literatūras par infekciju kontroli operāciju blokā analīze un apkopošana; 2.Izstrādāt novērošanas protokolu; 3.Novērošana pēc protokola un datu dokumentēšana; 4.Iegūto datu analīze; 5.Iegūto rezultātu analīze un secinājumu izdarīšana. Pētījuma instruments: Novērojuma protokols jeb etnogrāfiskā metode. Novērošana strukturēta un ar tiešo autora dalību. Izvēlēta respondentu atlases stratēģija: Respondenti tiek atlasīti pēc ērtuma metodes. Iegūtie dati tika analizēti, attēloti un aprakstīti. Pētījuma darba instruments – novērojuma protokols. Pētījumā piedalījās 12 X stacionāra operāciju māsas. Pētījums liecina, ka māsām ir atbilstoša infekciju kontroles kompetence, kas atbilst 3. līmenim („labi”) pēc vērtēšanas skalas, kas raksturo rīcību, kura atbilst prasībām lielākajā daļā gadījumu novērtēšanas laika periodā, savukārt daudzi infekciju kontroles pasākumi tiek ignorēti neskaidru iemeslu dēļ, kuriem ir nepieciešami tālākie pētījumi.

Bachelor theme – ‘Infection Controle in Operating Room Nurse Complemency’’. Aim of Bachelor thesis – find out perioperative nurse competency in infection control securing. Research question: How good is operating room nurse competency in infection control securing? Tasks are: 1.Analysis of scientific literature about infection control in the operating theatre; 2.Develop an observation protocol; 3.Post-protocol observation and documentation; 4.Analysis of the obtained data; 5.Analysis of the obtained results and conclusions. Research tool: Observation protocol (ethnographic method). Observation is structured and with direct participation of the author. Respondent selection strategy: Respondents are selected by the convenience method. The data obtained were analyzed, displayed and described. Research tool is observation protocol. The study included 12 perioperative nurses from X stationary. The study shows that nurses have adequate infection control competence, which meets the requirements in most cases during the assessment period, per scale level 3 ("good"). Still many infection control guidelines are ignored for obscure reasons, subject requiring further research.
