Vecāku motivācija jaundzimušā aprūpē ,,X'' slimnīcā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums “Vecāku motivācija jaundzimušo aprūpē X slimnīcā”. Darba mērķis izpētīt vecāku motivāciju iesaistei jaundzimušo aprūpē pēcdzemdību periodā stacionārā. Teorētiskajā daļā ir veikta literatūras analīze latviešu un angļu valodās par jaundzimušo un aprūpi, tajā skaitā zīdīšanu. Literatūras analīze sastāv no 23 resursiem. Pētījuma daļā pielietota kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode. Izveidota aptaujas anketa ar 16 jautājumiem, trīs no tiem pēc pilotpētījuma koriģēti. Aizpildītas 121 anketa. Izdalītas X slimnīcā, interneta vidē “docs.google.lv”. Rezultāti apkopti un izveidotas 30 diagrammas, dalot atsevišķi jaunos vecākus, kas par tādiem kļūst pirmo reizi un atkārtoti. Pētījuma gaitā autore secināja, ka vecāku motivācijas uzlabošanai nepieciešams veikt vairāk izglītojošu darbu ar praktisko demonstrēšanu un palīdzību. Izvirzītā hipotēze, vecākus iesaistīties jaundzimušo aprūpē X slimnīcā motivē pietiekama un saprotama informācija par aprūpes proces, ir apstiprinājusies.

Bachelor's Thesis “Motivation of parents in the Care of Newborn in Hospital X”. The aim is to research motivation of parents in engaging in the care of Newborns in the hospital after giving birth. Theoretical part consists of analysis of literature analysis in Latvian and English about newborns and care, including breastfeeding. Used literature consists of 23 resources. Quantitative research method has been applied in the research part. Public questionnaire consists of 16 questions, from which 3 of which have been adjusted after a pilot study. There where 121 respondents taking part in questionnaire, which were distributed in hospital X and on web “ docs.google.lv”. Results of questionnaire were, collated and 30 charts were made, divided separately first time parents and those who have child/ren already. During the research author concluded that for improving parent motivation, more practical educational work with demonstration needs to be applied. The given hypothesis for parents to be involved in the care of New borns in hospital “X” and that sufficient and understandable information of the care process, was confirmed.
