Aprūpes problēmas pacientiem stacionārā pēc ekstremitāšu amputācijas agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Aprūpes problēmas pacientiem stacionārā pēc ekstremitāšu amputācijas agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka liels pacientu skaits kuriem ir apmutēta vai paredzēta ekstremitātes amputācija un saistītas ar to aprūpes problēmas. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot aprūpes problēmas pacientiem stacionārā pēc ekstremitāšu amputācijas agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir savākt un analizēt literatūru par ekstremitātes amputācijām un pacientu pēcoperācijas aprūpi, analizēt literatūru un Kolistas Rojas māszinības teoriju, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – interviju, pētījumu, apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus, izstrādāt secinājumus. Pētījums tika veikts vienā no X Latvijas slimnīcā, ķirurģijas profila nodaļā, kur tiek veiktas ekstremitāšu amputācijas. Pētījuma dalībnieki ir 6 medicīnas māsas, kuras darbs ir saistīts ar pacientu aprūpi pēc ekstremitāšu amputācijas. Pētījuma veids: Kvalitatīvais pētījuma veids. Pētījuma instruments: Intervijas jautājumi. Pētījuma jautājums: Kādas ir aprūpes problēmas pacientiem stacionārā pēc ekstremitāšu amputācijas agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā? Rezultāti: Par biežākam aprūpes problēmām uzskata: fantoma sāpes, ķermeņa līdzsvara izmaiņas un guļošiem pacientiem – izgulējumi un plaušu sastrēgums. The relevance of the topic is that there are a large number of patients with amputation of limbs or intended for amputation, and this is due to the problems of their care. Aim of the work: To find out the care problems in the hospital after amputation of the limbs in the early postoperative period. The objectives of the research was: to collect available literature about amputations of limb and post-operative care of patients, to analyze literature and the theory of Colistes Roja's nursing, to develop a research tool - interview, research, to collect and analyze the obtained data, to draw conclusions. The study was conducted in one of the X Latvian hospital - a surgical department where amputations of limbs are performed. The study participants include 6 nurses whose work involves patient care after amputation of limbs. Type of study: Qualitative type of research. Research tool: Interview questions. Research question: What are the care problems for patients in hospital after amputation of limbs in the early postoperative period? Results: More frequent care problems include phantom pain, changes in body balance, and of bedridden patients - pressure sores and congestion in the lung.
