Māsas darba laika menedžments pacienta veselības aprūpē stacionārā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: “Māsas darba laika menedžments pacienta veselības aprūpē stacionārā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka māsas darba laika plānošana un organizācija. Darba autors uzskata, ka pacienta veselības aprūpe ir svarīgākais māsas darba uzdevumu izpildē. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot māsas darba laika menedžmenta ietekmējošos faktorus pacienta veselības aprūpē stacionārā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir: apzināt un apkopot zinātnisko literatūru par darba laika menedžmentu un noskaidrot ietekmējošos darba faktorus māsas darbā, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – intervijas jautājumus, veikt interviju, veikt pētījuma iegūto rezultātu apkopošanu un apstrādi, apzināt un interpretēt iegūtos rezultātus, izstrādāt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājumi: Kāds ir māsas darba laika menedžments pacienta veselības aprūpē stacionārā? Kādi faktori ietekmē māsas darba laika menedžmentu? Kā māsa plāno savu darba laiku? Apkopojot pētījuma atbildes, darba autore secināja, ka pamats māsas darba laika menedžmentā ir darba organizēšana un laika plānošana. Faktori, kas ietekmē māsas darba laika menedžmentu un darbu, darba autors secināja, ka tas ir pacientu daudzums, neieplānotas situācijas, darba apjoms, laiks, pacientu veselības stāvoklis. Pētījuma veids – kvalitatīvais pētījums, pētījuma instruments – intervijas jautājumi.

The Title of the Bachelor Paper: “Time Management of Nursing in Patient Health Care in Hospital”. Topicality of the thesis is determined by the planning and organization of nurse’s working time. The Author of the thesis believes that patient’s health care is the most important in accomplishing nurse’s tasks. The Aim of the Thesis: to find out the factors influencing time management of nursing in patient health care in hospital. The Tasks of the Research are: to identify and summarize scientific literature on working time management and to find out the influencing factors of work in nursing, to develop the research tool - interview questions, to conduct the interview, to compile and process the research results, to identify and interpret the obtained results, to draw conclusions. The Research Questions: What is the time management of nursing in patient health care in a hospital like? What factors affect the time management of nursing? How does a nurse plan her working hours? By summarizing the answers obtained in the research, the Author of the thesis concluded that the basis for time management of nursing is work organization and time planning. Factors influencing time management and work of nursing, as concluded by the Author, are the number of patients, unplanned situations, workload, time, patient’s health conditions.
